Welcome to our family-friendly one-story home on the Guadalupe River - close to New Braunfels, McQueeney, Seguin, and San Antonio. We have owned this home for a number of years and decided to make it available for others to enjoy. Great for anyone looking for a soothing getaway - including 'Winter Texans,' traveling professionals, and families moving to the area.

Easy to reach from I-10 and Highway 46, yet near city conveniences while being in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to both San Antonio and Austin Bergstrom International Airports.
Close to the largest water park in the USA, Schlitterbahn, and the oldest operating dance hall in Texas, Gruene Hall. You can tube the Guadalupe River , Comal River or San Marcos River nearby. If shopping interests you, then you will want to visit one of the largest outlet malls in the U.S. in nearby San Marcos. Take in The Pearl and the historic sites of the Alamo in San Antonio, or enjoy Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Sea World. Head to Austin and experience Circuit of the Americas track events and outdoor concerts or head into the city and enjoy the "Live Music Capital of the World".
