The "Palm Oasis" property was completely refreshed in 2022 which includes luxury vinyl flooring throughout and all new bedding and linens to make your stay nothing less than PALM-tastic. The property has all the comforts of home: 4 person golf cart with golf bag holder, 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 baths, one with shower, other with tub shower. Each bedroom comes with additional pillows and blankets for your comfort. Outside open patio with gas grill, enclosed lanai with love seat and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain guests.
You will have two options to obtain a guest pass. A guest ID which is free or you can purchase a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID from The Villages for $50.00 which includes two passes. Either option is only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive.
Make sure you read and understand the house rules that apply to the golf cart. The golf cart is being provided as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart. If you would like to rent a cart instead, please let us know.
