It's to welcome you and show you the landscape beauties that give prestige to this natural oasis which is the valley of the river simeto. I speak Italian and English, I love to travel by motorbike, discover unexplored places, take care of the peach grove that surrounds the house, go trekking and skiing on the Volcano and relax on the splendid beaches of the Ionian coast. I offer my complete availability to provide you with information on excursions and visits to the surrounding places and to suggest the names of restaurants and clubs if you are a foodie like me !!

The villa, despite being surrounded by nature, is located on the historic state road SS 121 connected just 20 minutes by car to Catania and its splendid coast, 5 minutes from the Etnaland water park, 5 minutes you can reach the simeto valley , 5 minutes from the historic center of Paternò, 15 minutes from the Dell '; Etna Natural Park and only 10 minutes from the Nas 1 base in Sigonella.
