Hungry? Whip up a feast in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with chic navy blue accents and a breakfast bar perfect for impromptu light bites or coffee dates. The primary bedroom boasts a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom for total privacy. And bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom for convenience. In addition, bedrooms 4 and 5 have access to a beautiful full bathroom on the second level.

But the real star of the show? The covered porch veranda, where you can kick back, relax, and soak in those mind-blowing ocean sunsets with a cold drink in hand. With comfortable lounge furnishings, an outdoor shower, and direct sandy beach access just steps away, it's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of fun in the sun.

Our main attraction is our pristine beach, teeming with opportunities for boogie boarding, building sandcastles, parasailing, and swimming.

Grab your gear from Express Watersports or Village Surf Shoppe and head for the water. Or cast a line off the pier for an afternoon of fishing, then stroll along the boardwalk to take in the ocean vistas. And if you love nature and adventure or have kids in tow, Gilligan's Island Funland and the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk will not disappoint.

What’s more, seafood lovers are in the right place. The Grand Strand offers a plethora of dining options for you to taste fresh catches. And family-friendly fun awaits along the Garden City Pier, where live music creates an electric atmosphere. With karaoke, arcade games, and full-service bars, there's something for everyone to enjoy. And don't forget to explore nearby Myrtle Beach, brimming with exciting attractions and entertainment for vacationers at any age.

While Memories in the Sand offers an idyllic retreat with breathtaking views and luxurious amenities, we want to ensure our guests are fully informed about aspects of beachfront living that might affect their stay.

In Harmony with Nature: Being nestled directly on the oceanfront means we're closer to the natural elements, including local wildlife. Despite our best efforts, you might encounter some insects during your stay. But not to worry—we schedule our exterminator to visit bi-weekly, ensuring any potential concerns are managed proactively.

Embrace the Ocean's Kiss: The salt spray from the sea is part of the unique charm of beachfront living. It's a reminder of the untamed beauty right at your doorstep. We're dedicated to maintaining the property meticulously, but the salty air is a natural element that we work with and embrace as part of our coastal experience.

Security and Privacy: The property has 8 exterior security cameras in the following locations: 2 cameras covering the driveway, 1 camera covering the rear bottom stairs, 1 camera covering the top of rear stairs, 1 camera at the elevator entrance, 1 camera entering the stairwell, and 2 cameras covering the underneath the house. Video footage is recorded for liability reasons only, is not shared, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. The goal of using security cameras is not to monitor guests’ coming and going but to prevent break-ins, stop a potential party, and identify suspicious activity.

Guest Responsibilities: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly request:

No Pets: We love animals but for maintenance and allergen considerations, pets are not permitted.

No Smoking or Vaping: To maintain a clean and fresh environment, smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises.

No Parties or Events: Please respect the peaceful nature of our community by refraining from hosting parties or events.

Guest Screening: You authorize the property manager to use a third-party service to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Full terms regarding guest screening will be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.

Electronic Boarding Pass: All guests are required to use our electronic boarding pass which includes a verification process to enhance security and ensure compliance with our house rules.
