This wooden house is located in the well maintained family chalet park De Krabbenkreek in Sint-Annaland. Sint-Annaland is a village in the municipality of Tholen. The small beach and the marina are within easy walking distance. The yachting harbor of St. Anna land is connected to the Oosterschelde. There is ample opportunity for water sports. Divers, surfers, sailors, etc. are sure to enjoy themselves here.

This wooden house has a very attractively equipped living room with satellite TV (33 German channels), DVD player and a small library. The generous Bretz sofa invites you to cozy TV evenings.





If you arrive with dog, a huge dog bed is waiting for you (please bring the blanket).





Kitchen fully equipped with 4-burner gas hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, combi microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer. Kitchen towels are available and need not be brought. We also try to make sure things like soap, rinse, dishwasher tablets, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar are always available. Unless the previous tenant takes it with you or needs it, and we have no way to replenish it. In this case we ask for your understanding!





Through the double doors in the living room you reach the fully fenced garden with furnished terrace. By opaque ivy hedge, the garden offers plenty of privacy. There you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening at the big pond.





Important note: The pond pool has a size of 10 m x 2.50 m and a depth of 90 cm. The revolving base measured 25 cm. We therefore point out that small children should not be left unattended in the garden.






One bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm, separate mattresses) closet and LED TV, the other a spacious bunk bed (140x200cm below, 90x200cm above), a closet, and a sink. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.





Another single bed (90x200cm) is located on the open gallery.





Bathroom with sink and shower. Ample storage space for your towels / utensils available.





Toilet with hand basin and small library ;-)





Extras





On the property there is a garden shed where you can park your bikes. There you will also find 2 sun loungers, 2 relax chairs, various cushions, a barbecue (please use barbecue area made of stone slabs) and a parasol. 2 parking spaces for cars are also part of the property.





Bicycles can be rented in the park. Contact Family van de Rhee at the reception.

Max. 1 small / medium sized dog (up to 60 cm) allowed. Bed linen is obligatory to rent (8.00 p. P)





Rental in the main season only weekly, Saturday-Saturday. In the remaining time, arrival days = Monday / Friday / Saturday





Some sights





The island of Tholen is a special island with its picturesque towns and villages. The many flower ponds and narrow polder paths create an attractive area for cyclists and walkers.





The oldest mill of the island is located on the Molendijk. The wooden mill located here since the 17th century. Century.





In Goes you can take a ride on a real classic steam train. This steam train Goes-Borsele takes you back to the 30s. You can contact the 1e, 2e or 3e class (wooden benches). This nostalgic train criss-crosses the beautiful Zeeland countryside.
