Be one of the first guests to enjoy this canal side home - everything is brand new to enjoy.
Nice pool and spa south facing with no neighbors to either side.
On entry you come into great room plan - with fully equipped kitchen with stainless black appliances and granite countertops.
Open plan living room with sofas, flat screen tv and diniing area with table and chairs.
The home has 3 bedrooms, king in master with its own bathroom, queen in guest bedroom and two full beds in this bedroom
These bedrooms share a second bathroom
All floors are tiled, home is fully air conditioned and there is double garage.
Going out to the pavered pool deck, along with pool and spa there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining, along with sofa set to enjoy.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Minutes to all the area has to offer like nice restaurants  and great beaches like Englewood Beach or Boca Grande.

No real issues....blender doesn't work...qite a few greasy pans and dishes. Think maybe previous renters cleaned them, but otherwise great. New home tmi very good communication, especially Lesley. Thank you

Perfect Location!

The property management team are AMAZING, they are quick to respond to questions and go above and beyond! Now the house! Beautiful! Clean and close to beautiful beaches! The home has everything you need to cook and relax in the pool or hit the beach. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Definitely would recommend.

Brilliant Location

Quiet location with fabulous wildlife at the back of the villa. Whilst sitting under the llani and by the canal we enjoyed a turtle, tortoise, woodpecker and we even had a gator visit. House was comfy and well equipped and we're planning to return.

Quiet vacation

The house was great. Clean and spacious for my wife and I. Loved the pool . And the jacuzzi was relaxing. Definitely would recommend this house.

Very nice modern new house close to all amenities just a couple of small suggestions the other 2bedrooms have no mirror at tall it would be a great advantage if you put them in also english people drink a lot of tea electric kettle would be a big plus

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! Place is brand new and loved that it had a pool. Neighborhood felt safe, and was close to looks of things. Lesley was wonderful to work with, and would definitely stay there again.

Florida escape

Lesley was great with answering questions and responding to requests. The property was clean and very spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to stores restaurants parks and beaches. Will definitely be back again. Thanks for allowing us to escape the cold for awhile.
