Upon entering, you'll be greeted by beautiful wood floors throughout the downstairs living space, a newly updated kitchen with granite countertops, and an entire wall of windows that frame the incredible setting.






At night, you'll find one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms on the second level. The downstairs bedroom has a large bathroom connected to it, while the spacious primary bedroom upstairs features an attached bathroom with an elegantly raised garden tub with panoramic views of the marsh and a walk-in shower. The other large bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is in the upstairs hallway.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
