When you arrive, you will be greeted by that classic cabin exterior, yet as soon as you step inside you will realize this getaway is anything but your average mountain retreat. Contemporary furnishings, tastefully decorated, and floor-to-ceiling windows are just scratching the surface when it comes to reasons why this home is so special. When everyone has had their fill of skiing, hiking, or exploring downtown Truckee, there will be no delay in relaxing with a home-cooked meal, as the fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and beautiful countertops to assist with preparing any recipe. A small work desk is available if you need to get some work done while enjoying the view. Kick back in the living area next to the warmth of the gas fireplace and stream favorite movies on the flat screen TV as days come to a close. Or, summer nights can easily be spent out on the deck for a family cookout until everyone slips into their favorite bathing suits to soak under the stars in the private hot tub.

This home is not currently participating in the Tahoe Donner Guest Pass program. As such, guests at this home are not able to use the Tahoe Donner Amenities.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are active two cameras - one on the front door and one on the back door.
Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
