The large private balcony facing Banderas Bay has patio furniture on which you can lounge while enjoying stunning ocean views and mesmerizing sunsets with a glass of wine or your favorite Mexican beer.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 4. This property is private for owners and renters. The entrance is gated and security is on-site 24/7. It has top-notch amenities including:

Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.

An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.

One weekly housekeeping visit is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Saturday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
