Our family friendly home offers a king master bedroom, a queen room, and a bunk room with 2 full beds perfect for traveling with children. Enjoy a BBQ in the privacy of the spacious fenced backyard. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, parks, a golf course, and less than 15 minutes from downtown. Plenty of free off street parking available. BOOK NOW!

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

We liked the property. However, the front steps and walkway are dangerous as there is no railing at all. The back entrance needs a hand rail also. The back door doesn’t lock. The barbecue grill had problems as the flame is set on low only. We feel these are things that can be fixed so this lovely propertry can be even better. Michael and Fran

Nice place to stay for a few nights

This was a great place to stay for a few nights. We were there during a record heatwave and the wall and room unit ACs struggled at first to keep up with the heat, but pulling the AC in the master away from the wall a bit and using the standing fan from the second bedroom to blow the cooler air that the wall unit was producing into the master bedroom helped. The owners have done a great job updating the place, and when they have the funds I do think a good long-term investment for the owners would be a central AC unit, but even in a record heatwave we were able to get by ok. We had some things we needed to communicate with the owners about during our stay and they were very responsive. Their customer service skills are top notch.

Clean, comfortable & private!

My group was meeting in Spokane to watch the Griz game together. The home was perfect for our group of 4. Check in was super easy and the home was spotless. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. The location was easy to get to and the longest Uber ride we had was 17 minutes. The home felt very private. The owners were very responsive about a sound the ice maker was making. We would definitely stay here again.

Updated and cozy

It was very conformable. We were 8 min from Lilac lanes, 7 min from the northtown mall and 10 min from Pattison's skating ring. I will definitely stay again. The owners were more than helpful and very responsive.

Spokane Wedding

The place was perfect for us: very clean, lots of parking, convenient location, and nice amenities. The hosts were incredible with their communication with us--very hospitable! We were here for our great niece's wedding and we have more great nieces and nephews in the area for future weddings. We will definitely stay here again!

Would stay here again and would recommend.

We came to stay in Spokane for a concert, it was myself, my husband, our teenage son and his friend. The location was good, about 15min outside of the main city where the concert venue was. Still very busy and close to Safeway and restaurants. It was a bit noisy in the neighborhood being so close to everyone, but it felt safe. Parking was in the back of the house, very grateful for no street parking! We enjoyed the yard and BBQ, as well as the hot tub. Nice tall fence, private. The home was very clean and well kept, and the king bed was comfortable. The boys loved the bunk beds, they are full sized. Kitchen appliances all worked well, appreciated the Keurig. It got pretty warm in the home with only a single AC unit, but overall it was fine. It was in the 80s so we expected to be warm. We opened the windows at night and that helped. I wish there would have been condiments in the fridge since there is a BBQ in the yard...but otherwise I have no suggestions. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home...but the main living space is limited. It worked great for us since there were only 4 of us, and we were busy, and outside in the yard. If you are wanting a common area for gathering it would be very tight. Overall we had a great time, and would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a clean and tidy place to stay!

Wonderful stay!

This place was wonderful! The kitchen was great to cook in. The beds are very comfortable. The place was very clean and comfortable. The owner’s responded within minutes of sending a question. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Nicely remodeled house

Our group consisted of four cyclists who spent a week riding from Spokane out to the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, and then from Coeur d'Alene back to Spokane. We stayed at this rental on the first day and last day of trip. It is a very nice, and looks to have been remodeled very recently. Everything in the house looks brand new. Nice towels. Nice beds. Clean bathrooms. Keurig coffee machine. Fridge dispense cold water and ice. Because we were gone for six days in between our two stays, we could not leave our vehicle on the property. So we ended up parking it in long term economy parking in the Spokane airport for just $6 a day, and started our bike ride from the airport. I booked this place well in advance, and was happy to find it was so nice. It turned out that Spokane was hosting a 3-on-3 hoopsfest that last weekend, so rentals were at a premium. I suggest making reservations as soon as you know your plans.

Very nice property

Nice home, new appliances, recently remodeled. Home is small but well organized. The neighborhood is older but close to everything. Off street parking room for 3 vehicles. The home is lacking in dressers etc for your clothes. Again rooms are small but very clean, modern interior.

Excellent Communication and Flexibility

So the original plan was to have 4 of us staying the night. That was not the case. I had a family emergency just prior to the trip and another fell ill. Granted there was a total of 7 of us all spending the weekend. The other 3 decided to stay in Hotel. Their LOSS! From what I was told from the two that did stay at the property the house was so cute, clean and looked like it should have cost double what we paid. Like they say "Big things come in small packages" Jerry and Natasha were so flexible and accommodating. They clearly outlined everything for my friends. I highly recommend them to anyone!! Hopefully, the next time we all decide to take another trip we can stay with them again and I can see this house first hand. Thank you to Jerry and Natasha for being so AMAZING!!

Cute, Cozy and Clean!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Very clean and cozy. The beds were so comfortable. Perfect for our college visit...close to downtown Spokane, restaurants, grocery stores ect. We will definitely be back when visiting our daughter at Whitworth! We enjoyed the Keurig, Wifi, Netflix, Disney plus, parking, oil diffuser and more. It would have been handy to have some towel hooks on the bathroom doors to dry towels on after a shower... other than that we had everything we needed. Beautiful details all around the home. Thank you😊
