With 13 spacious bedrooms featuring flatscreen TVs in each and 13 bathrooms, this retreat can accommodate up to 30 guests with ease! The interior boasts modern decor and a bright ambiance that makes everyone feel welcome the moment they step through the door. When mealtimes come around, grab some help and step into the spacious kitchen complete with two fridges, two electric ranges, and two ovens to make cooking for the whole group a breeze! If you don't want to be stuck inside cooking, take it outside and whip up some burgers and kabobs on the gas grill by the pool area. Everyone can enjoy lounging by the pool all day under the warm sun and take a dip in the water to cool off. When it is time to head inside, no one will be bored here. There is a game room featuring foosball, flatscreen TVs, a gaming system, and an arcade gaming console! Plus, a movie night is the way to go, as there is a home theater to enjoy popcorn and a family-favorite film in style!

Valentine's Day, Couples Getaway

We were a group of 7 couples on a 3-day trip. There were so many things we loved about our stay. One of the highlights was that each couple had their own king-sized bed, and every bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, so we never had to share—something we really appreciated for our privacy.The kitchen was amazing, with two of everything—refrigerators, microwaves, ovens—and the largest island I've ever seen, complete with two sinks. It was a dream to cook and hang out in that space. There was also a large dining table that fit all of us comfortably, which we really valued.The outdoor area was great too, with a pool and plenty of seating. The theater room was a hit with the ladies, and it was a fantastic bonus to have.There were a few minor issues, like some broken toilet paper holders and the blinds upstairs could use replacing, but these didn’t impact our overall experience. Everyone rated the stay between 9 and 10, and we all agreed that the place was clean and the beds were super comfortable.Would we stay here again? Without a doubt!

I ordered pool heat months in advance but we weren’t able to use it until the 2nd day. Some rooms were missing remotes so the TVs were not functional. Even after informing Joel, there was no communication or assistance. WiFi shut off after 11 pm for the first 3 days, so we were not able to enjoy entertainment from the TVs.

Nice but needs repairs and proper maintenance

We've stayed here for the last 2 years now. Great location and big house that suits our needs well. There are several areas that are in need of what I'd consider general and routine maintenance that have not been done. Curtain rods falling out of walls, dishwasher not leaking (a lot), toilet paper holders broken, bathroom floors not clean, an advertised video room with circa 1995 video and NO sound system. In general, proper maintenance on a periodic basis is all that's needed. Our team of 12 guys tends to ignore these items on the whole, but the owner/property company should fix all of them. It could be just that much better. Otherwise we love staying here.

2024 Reunion

This place was magnificent for our very large family. We rented this place and the one next door to it. The pools in both places were very clean with lots of seating for everyone. We used and enjoyed the outdoor grills and the two refrigerators in each house. They also had a small one outside by the grill. The AC worked perfectly and kept everyone comfortable. Check in was simple and we were grateful for a little early check in time. We would love to come back next year for our yearly reunion.

Great House for Large Groups

The house was the perfect size for our group of 18. The table is HUGE and the backyard is great, overlooking the golf course. The pool and patio are large with plenty of seats and loungers. The house can use some maintenance, which I reported to the property manager. Nothing that would keep us from returning.

Me and my family absolutely loved this property and will rent again and will tell others about it. It met all of our needs and then some. I have nothing bad to say about this property. One of the kitchen sinks had a slow drain reach out to management team and the issue was resolved in a timely matter.

A house that checks all the boxes for a very large group of teens and adults

Reading the post from the weeks before our stay, I was very nervous about coming to this house and everything working and being clean. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was in perfect condition. This house met all of our needs. We booked it for my daughter's cheer competition. 9 cheerleaders and their moms fit perfectly in this home. It was spotless, the pool was perfect, beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, dishes, glasses and space to socialize or to have privacy in your room. We loved the bougie ice maker that created golf ball sized ice cubes for our evening cocktails. The teenage girls fought over the ice as it could only make so many at a time. Fun perk for this house. The only negative was that the house had an echo due to no carpet (except in the movie room). When something dropped an item on the 2nd floor you heard it on the 1st floor loud and clear. We all decided a cleaner/fresher home without carpet was preferred and we just dealt with the echo. Perhaps some hallway runners would help absorb some of the sound. The house was minimally decorated which isn't a big deal but more décor would have absorb some of that sound. Finding the outdoor tree light switch wasn't obvious but not a big to follow the cords to the switch. There was no "welcome handbook" but maybe those are a thing of the past. Our #1 priority was a clean house and comfortable house for our 18 people and it was perfect for us. Will stay again.

Excellent home for large groups

This is a great home for a large group. Not only is there a bathroom for each bedroom, but the kitchen is equipped to cook for a large group. Clean. Nicely furnished. Excellent patio/pool space. Great space for a large group, family gathering or event. High recommend.

Cheer Team Stay

Neighborhood was quiet, new and easy to get to. House was very nice and updated. Beautiful pool! The only negative was that there were no ceiling fans in the house to help and the fridge and the dishwasher had a fishy smell as if they were off for awhile and not used and then turned back on.

Poor!!

Pool was dirty. Paid for pool heat and it was not turned on (gas was shut off even if it was). Calls routed to the local Vacasa team went in returned. Wi-Fi and cable were not working (suspect bill had not been paid). Called to complain after and it was referred to local team—who unsurprisingly never returned the call!!

Property as advertised, service not

The house was as advertised, clean. The service experience was terrible. It was very difficult to reach a support person either before or during our stay. There was no attitude of being interested in helping us have a nice stay, more about “our policy says….”. An example is that I noted somewhere that we had to request that you activate the jacuzzi (for and extra fee over and above the price we paid). With some effort, I was able to reach the Vacasa support desk a couple of days before our stay and was told that I’d missed the deadline to request that. A better answer would have been something like, “We ask for 72 hours notice but will do our best as we’d like your stay to be as pleasant as possible.” I simply got “Our policy is 72 hours”. Once we checked in, we found that the internet did not work, neither did any of the TVs or the system in the home theatre. I reached out to rectify that and, after a long wait, spoke with the Vacasa support desk. A restart of the modem didn’t fix the issue with the internet and TVs so I was told they would send someone out. That never happened so we had no internet or entertainment for our stay. So, the net of it is that a home that was marketed as having a home theatre, heated pool and jacuzzi had none of those things for us. Not at all worth what we paid.

They need more pots and pans and the pool wasn't heated as we had requested on booking months ahead and followed up before the 72hr prior. Otherise it was a lovely property with plenty of space.

Relax and Retreat

The house was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The twin, queen, and double rooms were spacious. I was especially concerned about having 2 mature women sleeping in a twin room but the room was big enough. That was a relief. I loved the wall art - very relaxing.

Beautiful Home

This house was great overall! Our only feedback is that there wasn’t enough cooking pots and pans for the number of guests and size of the kitchen. We had to go out and buy our own. Outside of plates, bowls, cups and silverware there wasn’t a ton of cooking supplies and utensils, in general. Pool was also really warm and not overly clean.

Beautiful Home

The home was spacious and well furnished. It met all our needs and made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. The reason for the four-star rating is because there are minor repairs that need to completed in the home. A picture from a bedroom wall was stuffed in the closet. The interior ice machine door on one of the refrigerators needs to be fixed. A door handle was loose and was not attached to an exterior entry door. Wiring in the movie room was exposed. These things are minor, but should be addressed. It was a privilege to stay at this home!
