The home is just minutes from fantastic, family-friendly beaches, waterfront parks, shopping, and dining options.

Sprawl out on the leather sectional and watch shows on a 65-inch smart TV in the welcoming living room. Take in views of the canal while relaxing in the sunroom, outfitted with a sofa and a two-seat table. Stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops shine in the well-equipped kitchen. Craft a morning coffee using the provided Keurig machine. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for four.

Spend sun-soaked days on your patio overlooking the canal. Sizzle supper on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the umbrella-shaded table for six. The fenced backyard provides added privacy and a large lawn is great for family-friendly yard games. Bring your own boat and utilize the private boat dock. Or launch the provided kayaks and navigate the canal to the gulf waters. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and two kayaks are provided.

Drive four-and-a-half miles to Robert K. Rees Memorial Park to splash in the surf and relax on the soft sand. Oelsner Park (half a mile) is a fun waterfront park offering a playground, picnic area, and gazebos. Brasher Park (one-and-a-half miles) is another family-friendly park with a non-motorized boat launch. An array of shops and restaurants lining Route 19 are found within a 5-minute drive. Downtown Tampa is just 40 miles away.

Dock details: The dock is 8x12 and can accommodate one small boat.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
