There is a construction site in the immediate vicinity, which is unfortunately associated with noise. In the summer months, I have reduced the prices for the above-mentioned reason, and construction will continue in spring 2025 and will be completed in the second half of 2026.

The spacious 2.5-room flat (50m2) is located in a small apartment building on the ground floor. The landlady lives in the building.
The building envelope, roof and windows were completely renovated in 2020. Inside was partially renovated.
Very quiet location. From the seating area you have a beautiful view of the village and towards Bernina and Roseg Valley
with morning and afternoon sun.
The flat is simply and cosily furnished, some of the furniture is new and well maintained.
Direct access to the cross-country ski run, ideal starting point for hikes.
The railway station and the nearest restaurant can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The village centre of Pontresina is about 15 minutes away.
The flat offers space for a maximum of 3 people. 1 double bedroom and 1 extra bed in the living room (sofa bed).
A separate, new kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, capsule coffee machine Nesspresso, toaster, racelette oven and fondue crockery etc. are part of the equipment.

Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
