With 2,657 square feet of posh living space, a private dock, and a shimmering pool, this three-bedroom, three-bath canal home is a prime choice for your Tampa getaway. The ultra-private main suite is tucked away on the second floor, and a gourmet kitchen makes it easy to whip up vacation meals. Fire up the built-in gas grill and host a water-side cookout before heading out for an evening on the Tampa Riverwalk.
Depending on the season, it might be possible to spot a dolphin or manatee right from your private dock!
LIVING AREAS
The light-filled living room has a love seat and two comfy armchairs. Between the upright piano and a 47-inch flatscreen TV, there are plenty of entertainment options in this open-concept space.
Find another cozy living space on the second floor. A full-size futon and a handsome desk offer more room to relax or journal.
KITCHEN & DINING
Rich wood cabinetry complements stainless steel appliances in the chef's kitchen. Ample counter space makes this the perfect place to whip up scrumptious recipes. A wine fridge is available as an added perk.
Eight can share home-cooked meals at the large granite kitchen island (additional seats are in the pantry).
There’s also a large gas grill and space for alfresco meals on the canal-side patio.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The home sleeps up to eight guests between the four bedrooms.
The second-floor main bedroom is detailed with a plush queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV. A soaking tub, double vanity, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower can be found in the gorgeous en-suite main bathroom.
On the main floor, the second guest room has two twin-size beds, while a third bedroom has a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A guest bathroom on this floor features a tub/shower combination.
An additional bedroom is on the first floor of the home at the end of the hallway directly across from the first-floor main bedroom, next to the twin bedroom. This room has one queen bed, ceiling fan, a nice closet, and a TV.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy the sunshine or the shade on the expansive back patio. Plenty of seating invites you to share snacks and drinks poolside, and a dining table for six sets the scene for special alfresco meals.
Take a refreshing dip in your private, unheated pool. The private dock is steps away - tie up a boat (up to 30 feet), or drop in a line for a fresh catch. Tampa Bay is accessible via the canal.

THE LOCATION
Your canal retreat is a 16-minute drive from the Tampa Riverwalk, nine miles from Ben T. David Beach, and less than five miles from Tampa Boat & Jet Ski Rentals. The Causeway Public Boat Ramp is just over seven miles away. And sports fans will love to know that both Raymond James Stadium and George Steinbrenner Field are less than 8 miles away.
Taste everything from Thai to Dominican cuisine at an array of local eateries after a day of teeing off at Rocky Point Golf Course (two miles).
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
