Adorable Guesthouse 🌄🏔🚴🏻‍♀️🚂 🌅<br>In brand-new Dark Sky Community-dog friendly🐶

Five minutes west of Downtown in the highly desirable New neighborhood with walking paths and access to the Flagstaff Urban Trail. Located on historic Route 66, and close to NAU, Snowbowl, Bearazonia, and tons of great hiking/biking trails. Our 600 sqft detached guesthouse (Private entrance) (non- intrusive owners :))staying cool isn’t an issue, with the amazing weather Flag provides -,and we just added brand new AC central air system (for the warmer days….) The queen size pullout sofa-bed has a memory foam mattress for additional comfort. Everything is in great condition. The Kitchen has space to cook, all full size appliances- washer/dryer in the guesthouse very convenient. Its personable, cute and cozy. Tons of wooded trails directly to the left of the property that goes for miles. Directly across the street is famous Route 66, also more protected forrest, bike trails all along the train tracks etc. Breathless sunsets, This neighborhood is safe and really great! So many stars in the sky at night, in this newly built dark Sky Community. We will accept a dog case by case, sorry no cats. Great base camp for an awesome trip!

Cozy Guest house

This was a wonderful guest house! Jisele was very welcoming and made us feel like family! It was very clean and the location was good ...easy drive to Sedona and the GrandCanyon. Very quiet and private. We felt very safe here.

Fantastic Place and Host

This property is in a great location and is new. It was clean and just right. The host Jisele is wonderful and really takes care of your every need. When I go back to Flagstaff, I will be staying here again!

Relaxing two weeks in Flagstaff

The guest house is new and comfortable with great amenities. The host is wonderful, gracious, thoughtful and accommodating. My wife and I and our dog enjoyed our stay. A very convenient location to everything Flagstaff. The three of us give thumbs up.

This is a fantastic unit that presents like it is brand new. It is in an upscale new neighborhood that is so convenient to downtown Flagstaff and so many AZ attractions. The owner/operator is a true 5 five star host who thought of every detail and made our stay easy and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Such a beautiful guest house! Stayed here when I dropped off my daughter at NAU. Jisele is lovely and couldn't be more welcoming! She provided everything you could think of from posts and pans to Q-tips. :)

The Perfect Basecamp

The place was a perfect basecamp for our visit to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend, and the Vermillion Cliffs. The interior had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Our host was kind and thoughtful, even providing a nice treat of cookies for our arrival. Overall, we loved it!

Great hosts and great accommodations

Very neat, clean, comfortable, convenient, and well stocked. Did not have to worry about things like sandwich bags or coffee or laundry pods, etc. Communication with Jisele was quick and efficient and always with a helpful tone. Only "non 5 star" item for us light sleepers was the train that comes by during the night, but a sound machine (provided by hosts on the nightstand) did well to correct that!

Perfect Guest House!

This guest house is brand new and super clean as is the neighborhood. All kitchen appliances are new. Excellent water pressure at the shower head and tankless water heat provides near instant hot water. Queen bed is very comfortable and owners have installed many convenient features such as dual USB outlets on both sides of the bed for smartphones and smart watches. There is a new A/C for the summer and quick heating for cold weather with easy to use thermostat. This guest house is well stocked too. Best part of our stay was the communication with the owners Jonathan and Jisele. Jonathan sent us a number of nearby hikes via text. Jisele was quick to make contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed. She is from the area and is quick to give info and directions on where to go hiking, see that fall change of colors and places to eat. She was like a concierge, always there to answer questions and ensuring we were well taken care of. Easily the best VRBO hostess we have had in fourteen years of renting on VRBO. We will rent this place again in the near future.

Exceeded expectations! Host is amazingly accommodating, house is lovely in a great neighborhood!

We loved staying here! The guest suite is a new build, modern design, and super comfortable inside. Huge bathroom + Laundry room, the bed is very comfy, the host has the place stocked with all kinds of extras. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook full meals. The suite is plenty private, and the neighborhood is easy to get to from downtown Flagstaff and quiet and peaceful. The host is really amazing, we were coming with our two pups and she laid out doggie treats, bags, and even some cookies for me and my wife. She is readily available via text and spent the time to give us tons of great recommendations for the area. The fenced backyard is nice to let the pups out when it's cold. I was hesitant at first to book here as it is a new listing but this place was great! Definitely recommend staying with her!

Cute little house, nice location

Just enough space for 2 adults 2 teens, and a dog. The little house is all brand new, clean and well appointed; a comfy home base for exploring the area.
