    Note: chalet is not suitable for groups and workers who are in the area for a short time.
    For people who want to rent the chalet, it is essential that they are athletic and love nature. Because the chalet is lonely in the pastures.

    Great location:

The chalet is located in an interesting area, they have countless excursion possibilities. It is 15 minutes by car to Montreux / Vevey and 30 minutes to Lausanne.

The chalet is located all alone with stunning views of mountains, forests and pastures without neighbors, amidst the alpine pastures in the foothills. In the Gruyère region that means in the Schoggi and cheese country of the beautiful Switzerland. The chalet is located above the high fog border at 1300m.

Very large, sunny garden with lawn, 2 sun terraces with tables, chairs, barbecue, relaxing chairs and loungers. The very large plot of land of 2000 m2 is totally fenced and it is flat. Nobody can watch them. The chalet also has a large balcony 1/4 is glazed for cooler days and summer evenings. On the balcony there are 2 tables and chairs. From the whole property they have a wonderful view of the mountains. You can admire beautiful sunsets. Ideal for children plenty of space to play, climbing, beaobacht, everything without any dangers.

Attention: our chalet is only accessible on foot. You carry your food and clothes in your backpack (not a suitcase) on a small mountain trail with little incline for 10 minutes, also well-walked for children from 2 years and retirees. Secure free car parking.

Instruction: The check-in / check-in to the chalet is only possible on Saturdays between 14.00 and 15.00. The departure Saturday 9 o'clock ready to start.

Furnishings: Our chalet is very well equipped with dishwasher, tabs available for free, washing machine with dryer, detergent available free of charge. Internet access for free.
A Sweden stove in the living room and a wood-burning stove with oven in the kitchen provide for cozy warmth. (open fireplace would be too dangerous)
You will also find everything you need in the chalet such as: microwaves, filter coffee machine, kettle, blender, fondue and raclette dishes, toaster, enough crockery and cutlery, pots, frying pans. Salt and many spices. Please note that guests are required to bring food until Monday when they arrive. On Saturday, the shops close at 16 o'clock.

The chalet is heated with wood. The wood is already prepared in the house. There are additional electric mobile radiators available.

In winter: the chalet is located directly in the very cheap family ski area, without avalanche slopes. On the slopes and to the ski lifts you need on foot 10 minutes. The car can stay in the car park free of charge all the time, because you can buy bread, milk, vegetables etc. with your backpack and skis on your feet. The ski resort is rather small for families with children. Around the chalet, the children can build and sledge glorious igloos, all without danger. Children can be 6/7 years alone directly from the chalet on the slopes. Wonderful snow shoe tours directly from the chalet. Snowshoes can be rented cheaply in the sports shop.

Spring in the mountains is beautiful, then flowering crocuses, cowslips and daffodils in May.

Enjoying the summer in the chalet is pleasant. For children the true paradise. For families a huge excursion area.

Rental price: The price includes final cleaning, bed linen, wood for heating, kitchen linen, Internet access, tabs for the dishwasher, detergent for your clothes, water. Upon arrival, beds are made for enrolled persons.

People with dogs:We do not accept very large dogs, only small and medium-sized ones. chalet with carpeted floors. We don't want dogs in the bedrooms, especially not on and in the beds, we have carpets. Please bring towels to cover the sofa and floors. If we have bad experiences with dog owners, we immediately stop bringing dogs.
