At this bright and airy condo, you’ll have access to amenities like a gorgeous shared pool and hot tub along with beautiful biking and hiking trails among the lush landscaping and countless waterways. There are several golf courses nearby if you want to hit the links. And, best of all, the beach is a five-minute tram ride away!

Fire up the electric grill on your balcony and eat al fresco as you watch the excitement of The Village of Baytowne Wharf just down the street. In the open galley-style kitchen you’ll find all the necessities for cooking up a full meal or just a snack for the beach, a short drive away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
