House was originally built in 1916 and the bottom level is a walkout apartment. In the middle of downtown Rapid City within walking distance to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. This is an older house and was not built to reduce noise so if the upstairs tenants are home you Will hear them! If you are sensitive to noises or a light sleeper this is not the place for you.

Black Hills Adventures

The VRBO is a lovely place to stay for a family. Great location for adventures at Custer state park and the surrounding Black Hills. Ate downtown one evening; great meal! Grill and deck space relaxing. It was a bit small for two families IMO as one bedroom does not have a door that closes.

Super great spot close to anywhere in rapid and a couple minutes from downtown. The vrbo was perfect for a weekend getaway!! Has great accommodations and the owner has amazing communication !
