Great vacay!

Excellent stay! Beautiful home and the pool was a quick walk away. The house is in the perfect location near restaurants and across the street from Destin Commons. We had a great time!

Fabulous Location!

We enjoyed staying at the Beach Nut! We liked how the house was a little more secluded in the neighborhood and were impressed with all of the kid-friendly amenities (baby gates and pack and plays). We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful Home

We loved our stay in this property. Location was ideal to shopping, the beach, grocery stores, and easily walkable if you don’t have a vehicle. The pool area was wonderful too. The home was perfect for large families or any group, very clean, had wonderful amenities and we loved the layout of the home. We enjoyed our deck/veranda very much in the evenings. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Condo was a great central location

The condo is in a great central location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Sam the owner was great to work with and was very accommodating if we needed anything. The pool and hot tub are very nice. House is very nice and clean. Can't wait to come back.

Loved our stay at the Beach Nut!

The home was very clean when we arrived and still smelled like a new home. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had three families staying for a quick staycation, and we had plenty of room. We would absolutely book this property again!

Destin Family Trip!

My recent stay at our beach house in Destin, Florida, was nothing short of spectacular. Beach Stay

We had an amazing time staying at The Beach Nut. It was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and family oriented. The pool was fantastic. The beach was a quick drive- we found that the public access by the Crab Trap was the best option. Sam was a great host- who was attentive and responsive to questions and needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for multiple families!

We had a great time at the BeachNut Destin! We were in town for the PG little league World Series. We had 5 adults, 2 teens, 3 11 year olds and 1 4 year old. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood pool was awesome and just 2 blocks away. The beach is a farther walk but we made it just fine walking one day and other days we drove. We would be happy to stay at this house again in the future.

Destin trip

The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed to go to the beach. We ended up driving to the beach at the state park…seemed like more room to spread out there. The house was really clean and in a great location. Owners were super responsive to all of our questions. Would Definitely come back.

Very nice place

Very nice property and located very close to the pool . Very good communication with the owners. Only small issue was the distance to the public beach. Maybe a 10 min walk .Would recommend driving there and paying a 5$ parking fee

Paradise in Destin

The place was perfect! We had everything we needed. The location was ideal. Everything was in walking distance. We even got to check in early, which was extremely helpful since we arrived early in town. Sam was great and very responsive. Sam even sent a message just to make sure we settled in ok....who does that anymore? Thank you Sam for the wonderful Spring break. Trust that we will be back!!

July 4th birthday

We stayed here with a total of 9 people to celebrate my mother’s 65th birthday. We had an amazing time. The pool was amazing and perfect for my two kids. The zero entry is always a hit. The house was perfect and loaded with everything that we needed. Host was very attentive and responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving with family

House is very centrally located and floor plan perfect for our group of varied ages. Especially appreciated downstairs bedroom with bathroom for 80 year old mom. And additional half bath downstairs.. Community pool looked nice but we did not use.

Excellent Vacation Experience!

What an awesome trip and super nice home! The property was extremely clean and exactly as seen in photos. The location was great - not too far from the beach or pool and a quiet street that is a mere walking distance from Whole Foods and the Waffle House. The host was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and was super quick to respond to my requests. Hands down one of the best vacations we have ever been on and our entire party was extremely pleased with this property and all that came along with it. If you are looking for a family friendly, immaculate home that offers all the amenities of a luxury unit but at a reasonable price - this is definitely the place to stay! We will surely be back and highly recommend this unit!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay in Destin. The property was very spacious and accommodated our needs. The property owner was responsive. It is important to know that you need to bring your own trash bags, toilet tissue, etc. The property needs to be thoroughly cleaned in between guests. We wiped down everything in the kitchen and it was not clean at all. The kids room’ ladder was also filthy. Lastly, several lightbulbs were out and/or need to be changed (two lights and lamp out in one bedroom & bathroom in the main bedroom). These were the only negatives. The property is in an excellent location and the pool is awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the shopping was on point!

Villages of Crystal beach is a privsate gated community and I really enjoy the location and proximity to everything Destin has to offer. I also really enjoy the resort type pool and the seasonal shuttle right from our doorstep to our beach access point.
