Nice property

Tight if you’re filling all available beds. Recommend storing skis at mountain base so you don’t have to haul. Would appreciate having more than one garbage bag for the rental.

Great Ski Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about this condo for our ski vacation! The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking family style meals and storing leftovers. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels were provided. Tremendous views of the mountain from the condo!!! I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the sun after a fun day of skiing! I highly recommend this property, but know that it is on the 3rd floor and the only way up is stairs! It’s a workout, especially coming from lover elevation, but totally doable and worth the effort!The furnishings and wall art in the condo are the icing on the cake, very nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was extremely clean and in a good location. Only 2 recommendations. First, and this as an easy fix, the apartment needs a bench outside the door to avoid taking dirty shoes in. Second, the water heater has a very small capacity. Owners should consider conversion to a tankless heater.

Lovely condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The pool and hot tubs were lovely, and we loved having a playground so close by. Easy walk to Lionshead and free bus to Vail Village. We rented baby gear and had groceries delivered, both of which were easy and so nice. There are quite a lot of stairs between the parking lot and the condo, but the grounds are beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very well equipped. Comfortable beds and really cozy throw blankets. The hot tub and heated pool were really nice after a long day of skiing. This condo is on the third floor with no elevator. It is quite a haul to get from the ski area, across the ped bridge, and up to the top floor of unit D. We made sure we were able to leave our ski gear at a place close to the lift. I can’t imagine how hard it would be to get that stuff up to the condo. This unit has a one car policy. If you have a second car, you’ll have to find parking in a pay lot across the highway for $50 a day. Not very convenient. The unit itself is great and the price is right. There are definitely some trade-offs though, so be prepared.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Sun Vail. The unit was as described. Clean, Updated, and comfortable. The view from the living room was stunning. The community hot tubs were nice- maybe a 3min walk outside. Walking to Lionshead Village and the gondola took 10-15min via a walking bridge. We snowboarded throughout the trip and did not need to use the bus system. It would be nice to be within vail village or lionshead, but we felt this was an incredible value for just a few extra minutes of walking.Would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect location for access to Lionshead and Vail Village

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two families shared this 3 BR for GoPro Mountain Ganes and had plenty of space. We had 3 adults and 4 boys who loved the bunk room! Because it’s on the top floor the ceilings were tall and added to the sense of space. The kitchen and laundry area were fully stocked with all we needed. Strong Wi-Fi and the hundreds of tv channels were a bonus during our rare free time. It was a very easy walk across the bridge to Lionshead and about 25 minutes to Vail Village. The heated pool and spas got daily use! The only complaint was the road noise. It’s on the Frontage road adjacent to the freeway. We will definitely return!
