Fantastic location and a lot more spacious than the pictures make it seem! It’s the perfect place to hit the slopes with no worries of travel and enjoy time with friends and family inside at the end of the day! The host was very responsive and very helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

Ski-in Ski-out

This definitely is the definition of a true ski-in ski-out property. Right on the hill plus a ski shop right below for getting our skis waxed. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace and remodeled bathrooms.

Very convenient!

The place is great! Bathrooms were all updated and clean. The location to the ski slopes, ski rental and ski school could not be better!! Would not mind staying here again. Cons: it was hard to find. Noisy at night due to grooming machines.

Great location

The location was perfect (right in front of the lift). The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, baking goods, ect. There was plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. I definitely took advantage of the humidifier available in all rooms. Overall, the place was clean, very spacious, and convenient.

Had a great time. We were comfortable with 10 in the condo.

We had a great time and were comfortable with 10 in the condo. It was as advertised and clean. Plenty of towels. The location is great. It had easy access to ski school, Pay Day lift and Legacy Lodge. Todd Hageman, the property manager, was great to work with. He was available via text and phone and handled all our questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Incredible Location Right Above Ski School

Location could not get any better. Ski School is right downstairs, as well as two lifts. The unit was spacious, clean & had a great view of the slopes & lifts. The only drawback was that there were no dressers nor chests in any of the rooms. We had to live out of our suitcases for the 7 days that we were there because we were unable to unpack our suitcases.

Great location

Being unfamiliar with Park City it was a little challenging to initially find which building the unit was located, but the owner was very responsive and helpful as we searched for it. Turned out to be a great location. You could watch a lot of what was happening from the Condo. Very spacious and clean. Nice upgrades in the Condo. If there was a washer and dryer available in the unit, it would have been perfect. My assumption is that there actually is one in the Condo, but the owners don't want you using it.. The onsite laundry option is a joke. 1 washer and 1 dryer for several Condos, but since there weren't a lot of people staying in Park City we were able to find an opening to do some laundry. Our family had a great time and we arelooking forward yo going back again.

Everything you need within the village

The location can't be beaten. There were only three of us and there was more than enough space. As listed, there are a few flights of stairs to get up but it's well worth the short walk. Parking is super convenient, the beds were comfortable. My only wish was that the check-in instructions were communicated through the app and not via email as the instructions went to my spam folder. But management was very responsive! Lovely place and can't wait to stay there again.

Spacious condo in a great location

We stayed here for a few days to flee the wildfires in CA. Pros were that the location is excellent (can hike right out back and walk to town), condo was huge and the management was really responsive. They helped get us set up with more than one wifi network so we could all work and do distance learning with enough bandwith. They were also very responsive with a few issues we had while there (jackhammering and construction in the unit next door and toilets that wouldn't stop flushing) so altho they couldn't control those issues, they tried. Downsides to the condo is that it's kind of a far walk to the car park underground so it was kind of a pain to bring groceries up or load/unload luggage but since it's at the base of the mountain I imagine that's a worthy trade off during ski season but not so much during the summer. We'd stay here again anytime though!

Perfect location and condo!

The location does not get any better than the lofts - this unit is one of the best! Our two families 4 adults with 5 kids had plenty of space & room for all ( including one that slept on the pullout in one of the king rooms). Condo had amazing views of the slopes at Payday lift where we could watch skiers right from the living room. Also provided needed basic items such as kitchen dish soap, hand soap, trash bags , towels, shampoo, conditioner ,etc. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking needs. This condo has been updated & all the rooms & baths were great! Park city village (literally right downstairs) also has everything you need - ski rental, ice skating rink, restaurants, shops, etc. The only negative is getting to the condo - there is no easy way to make it to the elevator either from the parking garage or if you have a car service drop you off. You will have to take your luggage uphill & upstairs. However, our family would do it again & already look forward to our return! We skied every day that we were there & spent a day snowmobiling at Daniels Summit - amazing weather during our entire trip! We will stay at the lofts again & love all that Park City has to offer!

You Can't Get Closer Than This!

Roomy condo right next to the slopes. You could literally hit the Payday lift with a snowball from the balcony! Yes, the majority of the place could use an update, but we found it to be clean, comfortable and convenient. 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths and a very large open living/dining/kitchen area. The management was great to work with and there is covered parking on-site. We will definitely rent here again!

Location but needs updating

for location I think this is probably the best unit at the mountain. negatives include no HD TV (very disappointing) and internet speed could be higher. for the price these should be automatic. the furniture is quite old and could use updating. curtains and blinds in disrepair. it has a very campy feel which has both positive and negative connotations.

Great location but beds are hard and music right below is loud! Mountain view👍

We had a great weekend. The location is great for the activities and view! (They closed the activities at 6 on a Friday night which was lame. Beds were not the most comfortable but we did ok. ). Things a little run down but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. the initial rental process went smooth but I had to call for instructions, location, and door code. When I called I was dealt with very nice. Thank you!

Good location, but a couple issues

We were a party of 3 families (6 adults, 5 kids) and stayed there for 4 days over Christmas 2016. There were good and bad aspects to our stay. Good: location is excellent - right in front of the lift and close to beginner areas. Apt was reasonably spacious and had the required cooking utensils etc. Bad: (1) parking extremely limited - just one spot. It was a pain to arrange for more parking; no help / pointers from the host either. (2) Neighbors downstairs kept banging ceiling for us to quite down, even though we were in living room and just talking (no walking/running), and it was 10pm. Unacceptable. (3) extremely inflexible on checkin and checkout times. Overall: we would probably not go there again.

Mountain convenience & lots of space

This condo has amazing proximity to the lifts and mountain. The interior is clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated (however the shower heads could use an upgrade). The kitchen is well appointed, I cooked several meals here and found most everything I needed- bring your own spices, I always forget!! We were so happy to have another family over for dinner one night- the condo is quite spacious for a mountainside stay and felt very home-y to enjoy company. We loved the entryway. There are so many hooks for every jacket and hat and glove! It really helps keep the condo clean and tidy and access to snow gear conveniently hung! Access to town is amazing with the free buses that come through just steps away from the condo. Also there is the main ice rink for ice skating just steps away also! Here are the 4 CONS: 1. The two king beds are in desperate need of new mattresses and pillows. If you are booking at the height of the season, I would have been really upset to spend 6-8 hours on those mattresses and pillows while spending top dollar. The twin mattresses are better but the bed support is lacking so they sag in the middle. 2. Because of the proximity to the mountain's main lift/run IF the snow making machines/blowers are running the front room (king bed with no en suite bath) is so loud it sounds like an airplane is taking off in your room. The kids room is also loud but not as offensively loud. If the condo had updated, double paned windows that might help as well. If the snow making machines aren't working it's not issue. 3. The front king bedroom needs black out drapes because the huge TV signage for the lifts flickers somewhat randomly through the night and it is very disturbing for sleep. (Bottom line- put someone who can sleep through a light show and a jet engine in the from king bedroom if you stay here during snow making.) 4. Parking lot is a bit of a haul when carrying groceries or luggage. This is not as big of a deal, just good to be aware of upon first arrival. Given the location and square footage it's a real trade off for sleeping comfort given the mattresses and noise factor. If you are looking primarily to have lots of space and convenience to the mountain then you can't do much better... once they upgrade the above, it will be a legitimately upscale option in Park City.
