The Space:
This fabulous home makes the most of its incredible location with views looking out over Park City’s Old Town and tasteful furnishings throughout, making it an ideal retreat from the fun and adventures that are just steps from the front door. With an open-concept layout as you enter and a convenient, half powder bathroom on the main floor, you will be able to gather, dine, entertain and relax all in this one dynamic, light-filled space.
The inviting living area features a couch, love seat and cozy armchair with a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV surrounded by large windows with city views. The sofa does double duty as a sleep space, as it transforms into a queen-size bed when you’re ready to tuck in for the evening. The lovely kitchen features stainless steel appliances and sophisticated finishes with a convenient bar area for serving and dining. An elegant dining area for four makes for a beautiful dinner setting or game area and nearby half, powder bath is located nearby for convenient access.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with plush furnishings and a flat-screen TV. In the first bedroom, you will find a cozy king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, ample storage in a walk-in closet and stunning views of Park City’s historic Old Town. The second bedroom maximizes its space with a bunk bed that sleeps three. A twin-size upper bunk and a queen-size bed on the lower bunk are adjacent to a flat-screen TV, making for easy relaxation. A full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located nearby both bedrooms.
Guests will also have access to a newly installed hot tub, in the Blue Church Townhouse, located above the parking garage.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole home, one parking space in the parking garage, as well as access to a hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.
The Neighborhood:
Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is located in historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining and entertainment options. A two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift means you can go from city to slopes in almost no time at all.
Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town and Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go.
Other Things to Note:
Like many homes in Park City, this home does not have central air conditioning. There is a portable air conditioning unit provided for your use, if needed.
The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage).
Please note that this home features its own private WiFi network, separate from the common building WiFi. This setup ensures enhanced speeds and greater capacity.
Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
