Our apartment is located next to the newly built district office in 'city center Plauen. Tram station, shops, car parks, restaurants, theater and cinema are located within 1 - 5 minutes walking. It is a bright and sunny apartment (60sqm) in. 3 OG. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with open transition into the living room, generous dining area and comfortable sofa (with sleep function for 2 people - width 1.30m). A flat screen TV is available. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a tub and shower. It is a Non smoking apartment. Suitable for max. 4 people.
