Great Home for a little getaway and accommodating kids

We had many kids, and this renovated home was so nice and accommodating for kids to have space to sleep and a nice play space outside. We had a lot of fun!

River trip!

Very clean, spacious property. Perfect for family and friends. The patio was great for smores and the grill was just right. There was a bed for everyone and a very comfortable couch. The shower was amazing! We'll definitely be back soon!

Great rental!

We rented this house for a family and friends trip to the river, and it was perfect. There were plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and everyone was super comfortable. The best part about this house is the backyard! We had an amazing time sitting around the fire pit, and at the patio table hanging out below the yard lights. We will definitely be renting this home again for our next trip!

Hi! Thank you for your interest in Cherry Street Cottage! Operating a vacation rental has been a dream of mine ever since I started traveling during college. Before the day of VRBO and other vacation rental sites, I opted to stay in local homes, which I believe create more intimate vacation experiences. I hope to provide that same experience for my guests.

Why they chose this property

As a native Texan, I have always loved this part of the state. I grew up floating the Guadalupe followed by lunch at the Gristmill in Gruene. My husband and I always knew we wanted a vacation rental in The Hill Country, and we chose this location because it's in the mix of all the action. Within a few minutes from the property, you can fly fish on the Guadalupe, float the Horseshoe Loop, boat Canyon Lake or go to a concert at White Water Amphitheater. Gruene, historic downtown New Braunfels and Wimberly are only a short car ride away.
