Own sun terrace in addition from outside the home with a beach chair.
You want to go on vacation, unwind, pure rest, relaxation and nature?Then you are right with us! Hiking, cycling, mountaineering, skiing ...... is possible directly from our house. All other spa and leisure facilities such as sauna, outdoor pool, spa, tennis, mini golf, bowling and ski lift can be reached in a few minutes. In summer, revealing itself to you about 200 km hiking trails and pastures up to the summits with often fantastic panoramic view. For mountain bikers and cyclists to extensive tours Open by mountains and valleys to a variety of excursions. Winter time ... the quiet joy. The winter experience Bayrischzell with its 2 ski Sudelfeld and Wendelstein invites you. Skier and snowboarder dreams come true with 18 lifts at Sudelfeld and 2 lifts, rope and gear train at Wendelstein. Cosy lodges in the ski areas invite you to stop. A Snowtubinganlage and more fun toboggan runs are waiting for your little ones. Approximately 50km of groomed trails, cleared trails, a natural ice rink and sleigh complete the offer. Our house is only bookable for non-smokers!
