Welcome to this new to Vrbo market beautiful Ridgepoint (end unit) townhome in the heart of Silver Lake Village. Access to ski down to Snow Park Lodge as well as ski/walk/ski home. 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms make this a perfect family and friends gathering space.

This 2200 sq. ft. ski mountain home has everything family and friends who love to visit Deer Valley and Park City! Enter to find 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, washer/dryer, ski gear closets (inside and out), and a private deck with a 6 person hot tub.

Upstairs you will find a highly upgraded and open kitchen with 3 bar stools, a large dining room table that seats 6, a tastefully decorated and cozy family room with wood burning fireplace, and 2nd private deck with amazing views of Park City/Deer Valley. The loft (3rd level) overlooking the family room, has a highly sought after "work remote" desk and printer.

Ridgepoint at Deer Valley is located at over 8,000 feet in Silver Lake Village and 3.5 miles from historic Main Street in Park City. Free City Bus available during ski season. The community offers a nearby ski trail with easy access to Deer Valley Resort's slopes, as well as a year-round common area hot tub, underground shared parking, outdoor pool and tennis court during the summer months.

Ski-out access trail leads to Last Chance (Blue Level) and then Success (Green Level) ski runs. You will end up at Snow Park Lodge. To return home, take the Home Stake or Carpenter Express chair, then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail. Then it's a 1/2 block walk down Royal Street East to Sterling Drive to Ridgepoint's private access trail. Maps are included in photos. While not a classic ski in/ski out, the access is as close as you can get. Ski Out - Ski/Walk/Ski In!

Silver Lake Village includes some of Park City's finest restaurants including Stein Eriksen's, Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe (blueberry mojitos), Cena and Goldener Hirsch. Silver Lake Village is home to shopping and ski related services as well. Deer Valley Customer Service is exceptional!

109 PointRidge is a spacious, comfortable, well maintained and appointed condo which my wife, two grown daughters and I enjoyed a lot. Everything works. Great log fire. Nice kitchen. Also, great views!

Beautiful property & WONDERFUL manager!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very well equipped -- lots of space with a cozy mountain vibe. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub was great -- living areas and kitchen were beautiful. We enjoyed the ski out/in location -- although the "ski in" part is a bit of an effort. Most of all, Lisa was fantastic and made every effort to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. She's such a lovely person and was so responsive. We will be back!

Town home in Ridgepoint Deer Valley

The Check was super easy. The Manager texted me a week prior to check in date, made sure all my questions were answered, and gave all details I would need for the stay. The town home was clean. The living areas and a couple of the bedrooms have been renovated, they look and feel gorgeous! The master bathroom and a common have not yet been renovated, but they were clean. There were large containers of soap, shampoo in the bathrooms. the towels and sheets were clean. The kitchen was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously! Thank you!

This was our first trip to Deer Valley and this property was wonderful. Quiet location with beautiful interior and warm feel. 30 second walk to a trail to ski in/out to Deer Valley, which was a dream. We will be coming back again next year for sure!

Great townhouse for a ski vacation. The home was clean and very well appointed. It is just a short ski down to the slopes. Easy access to all of the Deer Valley amenities and Main Street. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful, well appointed home. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the Silver Lake location. Though there is not direct access to the mountain, it is just a short walk to the ski trail. We would definitely recommend this property

Surpassed expectations!

The property did not feel like your typical rental unit... it was so well appointed and clean that we really felt we were borrowing the home directly from the owner. Lisa the property manager was a pleasure to work with... not that we had any complaints, but she went out of her way to interrupt her day to call us to let us know where we could find wood for the fireplace. If available, you should not hesitate to reserve this unit!

Great stay!

We had such a great time at this VRBO! The property was perfect - absolutely gorgeous decor and everything we could have needed (from blankets to condiments, toiletries and more). The property manager was wonderful and identified an issue with the hot tub and took care of it before we even knew there was an issue. We especially enjoyed the heated tiles in the bathrooms :) we loved staying here.
