Upon arrival, property was under construction. We were not given an access key/code and the owner was unreachable. It was hours after allowable check in before we heard from them, but by then we'd found a hotel and a different booking for the week. Now we are in an unproductive discussion with VRBO to get a refund. It's been 2 months and still not resolved.

Great communication with host

The host was very helpful in all circumstances. The house was clean and had all the needed amenities for our group. Whenever we needed something, the host would be a phone call away. I will be booking again!
