Stunning Lake Front Condo with Pool
Tons of Natural Light fill this Beautiful and Spacious Condo. Newly Furnished in 2021 with tasteful furniture and Beautyrest Mattresses. Master Suite looks over the lake and has access to the porch. Porch has amazing views! Guest suite has a walk in closet and a Smart TV. There is a workspace set up with double monitors and a hub to connect your laptop to making working from home a breeze. Smart Tvs in Living Room, Master and Guest Bedroom and a regular TV on the porch. Other Amenities include a soaker tub in the master bath, wine fridge, gas fireplace, pool, tennis, pickle ball, walking trails! We have lovingly made this the place we love to be and we hope you will love it too!

We are a Family of 5 from the Boston MA area who fell in love with Lake Norman and all that Davidson and Charlotte have to offer! We own this home as well as home on Cape Cod that we use personally and for vacation rentals! Reach out about either!
Why they chose this property
When we walked into this condo we fell in love. The view was captivating and the space was perfect for us. We have enjoyed spending time here together and sharing it with people coming from all over the US and beyond. The proximity to everything from Restaurants and boating to professional Sports and Museums is hard to beat!
