But with the beach so close, you may find yourself walking over to stick your toes in the sand most of all.

You'll love the upscale beach house design with light walls and stone accents. There's plenty of room for everyone, especially on the furnished tiled balcony. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable when you decide to come indoors. The elegant full kitchen features full-size appliances and all the kitchen equipment you need to make meals together.

Things to Know
There will be exterior stucco repairs beginning in early April through early June. This will be on the east side of the building and will require a lift to remain on the property.
Streaming services are available with guest accounts.
This home does not have any ground-floor bedrooms.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
