⭐Our home is BABY, KID, and DOG friendly with a mini crib, 2 pack n' plays, baby high chair and toddler booster seat, outlet covers, and children's dinnerware. We also provide beach chairs (x6), beach umbrellas, a hard rolling cooler, a beach wagon, & towels. Please just remember to bring these items back for the next guest!

⭐Free seasonal trolley service to the beach (Memorial Day - October 2024). The trolley takes you from our front door to the white sands. Heated swimming pool: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year 2024-25

🏡Our 2 story home has an open living/dining space along with a chef's kitchen, featuring everything you'll need to whip up a pancake breakfast or a tasty family dinner! TWO King ensuites, a kid's bunk room, an additional King bed guest room plus a sitting area with Smart TV mean the whole family, or multiple families, will have plenty of space to spread out and relax! A full-size washer/dryer for your convenience make this your perfect home away from home!

🅿️Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. Trailers, RV's, boats, motorcycles, and golf carts are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items. NO street parking!

📍Right across Highway 98 is Destin Commons, a pedestrian-friendly area & a great family venue where kids can play in the interactive water fountains or the large outdoor playground. There is something for everyone!

🏖️Beach equipment is located in an outdoor storage box.

⏳We are available via your booking platform from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.

🏡House Rules
Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 a.m. During the non-Summer season, we will do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in, but we make no promises. The check-in time of 4 pm is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival! We cannot accommodate late checkouts during the summertime.

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

🚭Smoking Policy: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, pot, hookah, drugs, etc..) inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum $500 fee for smoke remediation will be enforced.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Visitors: Any visitors must leave the premises by 10pm, the beginning of quiet hours.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $75 per night per guest.

🎉Party Policy: This is not a home for parties or events.

🐶Pet Policy:
One dog under 25 pounds is permitted in the house, for an additional pet fee and are subject to the “Pet Addendum” below. No cats are allowed.

Please note you will be invoiced separately after your acceptance of the booking. Pets are charged at a flat fee of $200 per dog, per stay. Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation. A penalty fine will be charged if an undeclared pet is brought on-site.

🏊Pool Policy: Pool is shared with our neighborhood. Please follow safety rules listed at the pool. Children under 18 require adult supervision at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. Provided pool bands must be worn while at the pool. Lost pool bands will incur a $20/each charge.

🍗BBQ: We provide a charcoal grill, but ask you to bring your own charcoal and to move grill away from under the patio prior to use. There is also large grilling area steps away at the community pool area.

🚮Garbage: Please dispose of full trash bags into large outdoor garbage bins during your stay. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please wheel the trash cans to the street for pickup and return them to the driveway after pickup.

🧺Laundry: Washing machine and dryer provided for your convenience. Please remember to check and clear out the lint trap prior to using the dryer.

💤Quiet Times: 10pm-7am every day.

❗Damages: refer to rental agreement. “Guest will be financially responsible for damage to the property. Guest authorizes The Agent to charge Guest’s credit card in the event of the following: damage or theft; flea infestation caused by a pet; unauthorized pets; extensive cleaning required at check-out; evidence of smoking (all properties are non-smoking); exceeding occupancy or parking limits, and any other mentioned charges/policies in this Rental Agreement”

🚨Off Limit Areas: Owners' closets

For your security, there are 2 outdoor cameras recording at all times. One is the doorbell and another facing the driveway.

🐶Pet Addendum:
To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms:

★ The dog is under 25lbs and is at least 1 year old
★ Dogs are housebroken and up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations
★ Guests will keep their dog(s) under control at all times
★ Guests will promptly report any damage caused by the dog(s)
★ Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home
★ Guests agree to pay any costs for damage by the dog(s), in excess of the security deposit
★ If damage has not been reported by the guest, but is found by the owner/agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
★ Heartworm preventative is highly recommended
★ Guests will adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements
★ Guests will clean up after their dog(s) and dispose of their waste promptly
★ Guests agree to keep their dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, & from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
★ No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer
