Cozy new England style cottage Right on Wine and Beer Trail

Cozy all season New England-style cottage that sleeps 7 overnight . Fire pit, gas grill, wifi, gas-fireplace for winter days. A/C and ceiling fans for those extremely hot days. Covered boat hoist and expanded 100'dock. Eat in kitchen has some spices . Centrally located right on the wine and beer trail. Smart TV for streaming favorite movies. A very tranquil property, winter or summer. 6 miles to boat launch and boat rentals. Very central to all the lakes winery's. Linens provided. Great cell phone service. Covered outdoor grill area and covered deck area, for rainy days.
Seperate fire pits , dock, kayaks, and paddle boat are shared with our Bungalow rental.
Pets are allowed as long as $50. pet fee is paid to cover extra cleaning. We have to wash furniture top covers after.

Cottage was gorgeous, front foyer area was great with a queen bed overlooking Seneca lake. Everything was perfect except the weather. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!! Amazing hosts, thank you again!!

Winter Getaway
A beautiful, quiet spot for a winter getaway for our anniversary. Loved sleeping on the porch and watching the lake and the water fowl. Would be fun in the summer I'm sure!

The location of the Vrbo was perfect. We were going to an event called Deck the Halls at Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region. Vrbo was clean, quaint and quiet. A beautiful view of Seneca Lake. We all had a great time!

Our original plan was to stay for just one night, but as soon as we arrived at the house, we knew we had to extend our stay. It’s impossible to spend just one night at such a beautifully designed and well-maintained lake house! Our host was incredibly supportive, answered all our questions, and did their best to enhance our experience. We will definitely return to this wonderful place in the future!

Property was right on lake and the porch by Bungalow made the perfect spot for meals and outdoor living. Access to the dock was great with new stairs and availability of fire pit to enjoy at night was a plus. We enjoyed having the yard space to play cornhole and space to sit to view sunrise and morning coffee. Location was great!

This place is just perfect if you are looking for some privacy, all amenities that you need are provided, great view and plenty to do. Its on a dead end street so not much traffic at all! Highly recommend.

Best place I’ve ever stayed at a finger lake! Cozy and comfortable cottage. A feeling of home. View was impeccable! Very clean! Just so relaxing with the family. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the kayak. First time in the kayak. She didn’t want to come out! lol! My lab loved every bit of it! Met the hosts. Very welcoming and friendly! Eclipse weekend- cottage stay was almost the highlight
Clouds mad the eclipse on April 8 less than hoped for, but still a wonder, but we had a great family weekend trip thanks to the lovely cottage hosted by Tim and Bonni. A beautiful clear sky Sunday let us enjoy the dock, and the views! We aren't fancy people, and the cottage was very homey, very clean, comfortable. We would love to come back sometime.

View is beautiful. Nice property. Mostly quiet...except for the trains. My only complaint is the living room furniture is uncomfortable and should be replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
