Escape City Life! This stunning home is gated, fully fenced and located on 3 acres with access gates to trails. Gaze at the massive red rock views of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and Lee Mountain. This sprawling home is 4339 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, plus an office, game room/gym, and 4.5 bathrooms. For outdoor amenities enjoy the hot tub to soak in and star gaze, large private lot and hiking trails. Inside you have gourmet kitchen including a 6 burner gas range, and double ovens- perfect for staying in and cooking meals!
note: The home does have a RING doorbell attached to outside front door, no cameras are inside home.

* Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

Only 2 pets allowed! $200 + tax per pet- non refundable fee.
*Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each

Beautiful Property

Loved our stay at this lovely property. So different from the usual Vrbo. The views are stunning, the house impeccably clean and we loved the games room. Close to everything in the area and a gate to a trail right in the back yard!

What a View

This lovely clean home on a beautiful setting was the perfect location from which to explore Oak Creek and Sedona. Enjoyed the hike around Bell Rock & Courthouse Butte and the shops and restaurants around Sedona. We had nightly visits from the coyotes and daytime visits from tons of bluebirds and even a bobcat on our last day. The views from the home are amazing and provided the perfect start to the day as the sun lit up the faces of the stone walls. There were just 2 of us but the house can accommodate a large family without feeling cramped. Would love to return here and explore more of the area.

Perfect Sedona Getaway

We had another wonderful time at the ranch. Great location. Perfectly quiet and there is plenty of room for lots of family and friends. We loved it!

Great time in Oak Creek

We had a great time at Pegasus Ranch in Oak Creek. The property and location were fantastic. It was nice to be in close driving distance to Sedona without having to be right in downtown with all of the traffic.

Peaceful getaway

The property is gorgeous! Very private, and perfect for dogs. The hot tub has a lovely view of the Sedona rock formations. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property. House is very clean. Large enough to host 7 plus 2 babies. (22 months and 6 months) Great place to spend quality family time with your kids and grand babies who you may not get to see very often.

Perfect Girls Trip House

3 friends and I spent the weekend at this house. Plenty of space to spread out and have privacy but also great space to come together, including the kitchen island, the great dining room table and all of the outdoor spaces, including the hot tob. Amazing views from so many windows. This is a beautiful property!

Quick trip

This was just a quick two night stay to spend time with family. If only we had more time. The views at this place were amazing and the accommodations as well. We would like to of had a fire but couldn’t find firewood the evening would’ve been perfect for it. That’s the only thing that I might have expected that wasn’t there otherwise everything was perfect.

Wow, this space is an ....

awesome home with the most beautiful views and all amenities. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the home, the game room, and liked that the property was completely fenced so our pet could run around and explore. Every summer I try to find a "special" place to spend a few days with my family, everyone agreed this home was the best we have ever stayed in. It was a vacation that we will always be remember, our stay at Pegasus Ranch in Sedona!

Pegasus property was incredible

We had a perfect time at this property. The kitchen, the views, the comfy beds were all first class. We loved being on the East side of Sedona so we wouldn't have to deal with the traffic. We love Clarks grocery store and it was just 6 minutes away. We will definitely be back. The communication from the property managers was top notch. Thank you!

Birthday Escape

Beautiful serenity and peace throughout the entire home. Roominess to accommodate our party of 7 that consisted of my daughters and sisters. This home exceeded our expectations to the point that we did not want to leave to do our already planned weekend activities. I initially booked the listing for my 50th birthday celebration getaway but after having spent the time there I would definitely say that it was a wellness retreat for our minds, body, and spirit.

Amazing Sedona Retreat

Wow this property was mostly AMAZING. It is so clean and big and the setting is breathtaking. Plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and 1 teenager. The only asterisk was the spotty wifi. There were 2 networks, each that could only have 3 devices connected at any time. With 7 people each with a phone, random ipads, apple TV, it was a bummer having spotty internet. Once they get that fixed it will be perfect. Until then it is mostly perfect.

Great place for large groups in Sedona area

We had a great time at the Pegasus Ranch. Location was good. Close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful views from front of house. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were spacious. House was very comfortable for the 6-7 people staying. The game room was fun. Kitchen fairly well equipped. We cooked dinner every night and enjoyed the round dining room table. Some negatives - house needs some maintenance. Carpeting upstairs was wrinkled and possible tripping hazard. The windows in MBR need to be cleaned. There are big spider webs between screen and window. Dishwasher door spring not working and if not latched slams down on your ankles and feet and utensil basket had a hole which works and knives fell thru. Some cabinet doors hinges are loose. The deck with the grill needs a light. A teapot would be useful. There were no supplies in kitchen like salt , pepper, coffee, sugar, etc. which have been available in every other house our group has rented. So pack your own basics. Overall we had a great time and would not hesitate to return or recommend.

Nice but appliances didn't work

This property was beautiful and clean. However, when you expect things to work in the house and they don't, it is upsetting. We were told fireplaces did not work before we arrived. When we arrived, the refrigerator did not work, two TV's did not work and the washer would not properly drain. Nightmare for all. Talked with management about resolution - they said too bad. Don't waste your money.

What a jaw-dropping, private, and impressive property tucked away in a quiet part of Sedona with exceptional views! No expense was spared. Furniture was the best, too. Parking in the garage a bonus. A nicely stocked kitchen complete with elegant serving dishes. Cookware top-notch. Appliances refrigerated, cooked, and washed with evenness and precision. No leftover condiments in the fridge and plenty of space for grocery items we brought. It’s a totally professional operation and not somebody’s vacation home rented out when not in use. Massive entertainment options, too. Large, high definition TVs with either DirecTV and/or streaming services in all major rooms including the game room. Shuffle board, ping pong, poker chips/cards, Jenga, and board games. If outside activities are your thing, there’ no shortage of exploring. There are three acres of private property to walk or an entire national forest accessible from the backyard gate. Wi-Fi for the group of five was more than adequate for our low data usage. AT&T cell service is strong (2 or more bars). It was perfect for the needs of adults. There’s a top-notch grocery store, Clarks, just minutes from the place. The freshest and tastiest produce and products that can be procured. Everything we wanted (including many specialty items) were found. The owners bought a gem of a place. We were lucky to enjoy it. Every aspect of this home is highly recommended! Our group fell in love with the place.
