Very relaxing
Itbwas a little small, more like a hotel room than anything. However, it was nice and quiet, and the overall ambiance of the room was nice. The hot tub was absolutely fantastic.

Convenient and enjoyable
Host was very friendly and responsive. The studio was very clean. Location is convenient and the hot tub and sauna were an amazing bonus at the end of a day shopping and eating in Winslow. Building is a bit awkward as others mentioned, but it didn’t bother us.

Great place for a quick Bainbridge visit
This is a great option in Bainbridge. We arrived very late and checkin directions were very clear and we had no issues. It is in a small commercial building but reading reviews and knowing that in advance helped us avoid confusion. After a long day of travel and with everything closed on the island when we arrived, a complimentary bottle of wine in the room was a wonderful surprise.

The unit was minimally furnished, the bed was uncomfortable (very stiff) and the TV didn't work. There was no AC and it was apparent that the front door had been kicked in and not repaired properly

A No-Frills Place To Lay Your Head
The Olympic suite worked good for what we needed, and that was just a place to lay our head after exploring. There were not many frills without the pool and spa working, but we enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio a few nights and sunsets were very pretty. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, water, and having a mini fridge was a plus so we could save our leftovers from the great restaurants and breweries we tried downtown. The bed was not very comfortable, hard and underwhelming. Our understanding of trying to use the TV was it is not set up for anything other than streaming services and you have to use (remember) your log in to stream. For us, individuals who walk 10,000 or more steps a day, it was an easy pleasant walk to downtown and the ferry. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The area and the accommodations felt very safe. Ultimately, had a good stay on Bainbridge Island.

The hot tubs were not really working unfortunately, but I have to commend our host. I emailed her, and she responded right away. She was shocked to hear about the situation and said she'd look into it immediately. I hope to come back again someday. Those hot tubs would be amazing. The room was really nice too. I was very impressed.

Swim spa / hot tub makes this place great!
As described, the place lacks any kitchen and is a bit of a trek out of Winslow. The setup is unusual, accessing the unit by walking through the lobby of a building that houses State Farm Insurance. If you're good with that, this place is great! The swim spa and hot tub, on the roof, are fantastic. We've been there two Novembers in a row and never had any competition for it. There's not too much nearby, but there are a great pizza place (Bene) and a great cidery (Sisters) within easy walking distance. Enough to fill a chill evening or two.

Great location
Location is walking distance to mueseums, shops and restaurants. Tonia the property manager was very nice and let us check in a little early. It is a studio with no kitchen. Only a mini fridge. A microwave would have been nice to have. The place was very clean but there was a bad odor that did not go away despite the window being open and a fan running the entire stay. We never did figure out where it was coming from.

walkable room
The room is in an office building. the building is well kept and clean. The room is small as a hotel. the bathroom was clean. The property kept extra pillows and sheets. My daughter and I both slept on the futon so not sure how comfortable the bed was. carpet was clean. There is a ceiling fan that helped cool room down. Tv controlling was a bit confusing. The hot tub and pool was clean and enjoyable.

A relaxing stay was impossible
This room is in a curious building with an insurance agency on the first floor, which closes at 7 pm. It is not within walking distance from Winslow Way, where all the great restaurants are unless you want to walk for about 15 minutes to get there. To get to this room, you must go up on the elevator and walk down the hallway with other businesses (all for sale now) on both sides. It is a small room with modest furnishings, a tiny fridge, unstable stools to sit on, thin blankets, a HARD AS ROCK mattress on a queen bed, and a futon with a hole in the middle once reclined for sleeping. The sauna is on the opposite side of the hallway, near the elevator. No bathrobes or sleepers are provided, but who would want to go there anyway?! The jacuzzi tub on the roof was out of service, the hot tub had no cover, the bottom was dirty, and there were flies in the water. Thank you, but No, thank you!

All as advertised; great fit for our trip
As others have noted, the situation here is a bit odd. The building seems like it used to be a gym, and now it's been divided up into offices. That makes for a strange experience coming back in the evening into a dark, silent, locked-up building. But the room was exactly as expected, the swim spa was great (though we couldn't find any way to turn on the lights on the deck), and it turns out there's a good cidery and pizza place a very short walk away. It was a pleasant trip!

Unique building/no hot tub
A bit disappointed by the product for the money. This was one of two units that we rented in the Winslow area for two nights. The price was much higher than the other, but the accommodations were inferior. The hot tub was broken and the building is apparently a converted health club. It is a mix of commercial offices and living spaces. The unit is right next to a commercial space within the building. Felt weird. Furniture was pretty spartan. Location is walkable to ferry and main street.

The unit is very well kept in a quiet, clean and secure building. Easy to walk to. Lacking in amenities that one would expect in a "suite" such as kitchenette or at least a microwave and coffee pot. The mini fridge is nice but the freezer box does not freeze anything and the building does not have an ice machine. The sauna was an excellent feature though and used it every day.
