Newly renovated beach condo overlooking the pools & fountain. Just under 5 a minute walk to the beach. Large balcony with a 6' porch swing to relax and enjoy Tybee Island. Master has a King Bed (new mattress) and the guests room has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Each room has their separate bathroom. Lighthouse point Condo is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island. You can walk to the Lighthouse and other restaurants. Ride bikes to anywhere on the Island! PLEASE NOTE- THIS UNIT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR BUT PARKING IS BELOW THE UNIT. THERE ARE15 STEPS WITH A STRUDY HANDRAIL

Excellent Stay

This was our 1st trip to Tybee Island and we couldn't have picked a better condo! It was conveniently located to everything, very close to the beach and in wonderful shape! The property manager David was extremely helpful in answering pre-arrival questions and keeping us informed about things going on on the island. I also greatly appreciated his recommendations. If we head back to Tybee we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo close to quiet beach

This is a gorgeous condo that was exactly as described. The bedding was very comfortable, and the deck with the swing added to the experience.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect. We were on Tybee for a wedding. Location was close to all of the wedding events. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location and condo

Stayed for 4 days. Location was great. Got to see a few container ships come in. Locals gave us great suggestions as to where to eat and drink. If you are a american legion member, you can walk to it from the condo and they have a great bartender and fun events happening.

Lovely place in a great location.

Well maintained, nicely decorated, great attention to detail, very clean. Truly felt like a home away from home. We were traveling with my elderly mother and it was a very nice perk for her that she had her own ‘suite’ with private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony is huge and very private. It was too cool for swimming while there but the pools and pool area look very nice and well kept. The location of the complex was perfect for us, with an easy walk to the beach and an easy drive to many restaurants, the pier, etc. We were able to be in downtown Savannah in under 20 minutes. David, the host, was very welcoming and helpful, providing info about the area without even being asked, and checking in with us ( via messaging ) to make sure we had all we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway!

David was super easy to communicate with. The condo was super clean and stocked with simple necessities. Great location and felt very safe with having 3 kids with us. Definitely a great find!

Great condo on Tybee

Great condo. Excellent location to beach and pool. We stayed in the winter and didn’t get to enjoy these amenities but this is still a great stay and close driving to everything. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Highly recommend but be aware that there are steps to enter since parking is below.

Lovely home away from home!

We love the location of Lighthouse Point. This unit is beautifully decorated and clean, with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed to stay in and cook meals on a cold rainy December day. Once the sun came out, beach access from the complex was easy as well. David's check-in and check-out instructions were clear and thorough. We had a great time! Thank you!!!time

Relaxation getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at David’s beautiful condo. It is convenient, cozy, beautifully decorated and close to everything. The host is a pleasure and very responsive and my whole experience was perfect !

Pirate Fest

We enjoyed the condo so much. Great beds and great shower head in 2nd bath. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was there. Enjoyed the 4 days of Pirate Fest. Hope to be back.

Nice condo

review: Place was very clean and comfortable. Deck was bigger than expected and the pool area was very nice. Beach access was more difficult than expected as high tide reached/covered the nearest access points.

Rainy girls trip- great time anyway!

Location was perfect, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for lounging/ dining. Despite the weather we had a wonderful trip! Went to Huc-A-Poos twice for pizza. Crab Shack was great, as usual. We would def stay here again!

Great stay on Tybee Island

We spent 4 nights here and it was great. Condo is as described and location is great. Easy to walk out to nice beach. The dolphins were coming into bay to left of point and watching them was amazing. This is a great place to stay to enjoy Tybee Island and Savannah.

Great condo !!

The place was very nice and the owner had great communication. The 2 pools were cleaned daily and the deck even had a porch swing we sat in and drank our morning coffee. Great view of the pools and the Taylor street access to the beach was only a short distance from the condo which was convenient! Loved the place and would rent again.

Home Away From Home

Property included everything we needed for a stay that felt like home. Condo is the perfect location to the north beach with the most beautiful walk to the beach. We realized after our first trip to the beach we needed beach chairs- lo and behold we found chairs on the deck along with sand toys for the kids! Host communicated every step of the way and even allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Couldn’t recommend this property enough!
