I have lived in Lead all my life and bought my house in 1980. Since then I have excavated and built my 1st floor (Suite B) along with the 2nd level deck. Then I had my roof removed and built the 3rd floor (Suite A). Then I built the garage and finally the 3rd floor front deck.
Why they chose this property
I have been managing the rentals since 1998. I live on the 2nd floor and can help with any needs. I do my best to ensure a safe comfortable stay.

covered garage w/just 2 steps to rental entrance, large front deck designed to hold 60 lbs. per square foot, 50 gal. hot water heater that services Suite A only, full sized washer & dryer, full kitchen, sitting room, 2 TV's with basic cable
