This beautiful Villa located within the exclusive Marina Golf complex is just a short walk away from the ocean and only half a block from the busy Marina full of restaurants and shops. The extremely spacious 1500 sq ft. well appointed 2 story Villa has beautiful tranquil views over the first fairway and is neighbours with the luxury boutique hotel 'Casa Velas'. The large free-form pool has uninterrupted views over the golf course, with plenty of shade and beautifully manicured gardens. Access to the beach is possible through the resort hotels close by, such as the Marriott (400 yards) or beach clubs such as Arrecifes at the Westin. Some resorts charge a fee or require that you purchase something from their restaurant or bar to gain access. Many more beaches are within easy reach by public transport or taxi such as Nuevo Vallarta or Playa de Los Muertos in town. If you hire a car you can find pristine deserted beaches within a short drive north in the state of Nayarit - small coastal towns such as Sayulita, San Pancho or Punta Raza. To the south, tiny fishing villages with paradise beaches such as Las Animas, Yelapa and Quimixto can be reached only by boat. Water taxis leave from the marina or Boca de Tomatlan. The villa includes one designated parking space in the underground parking at the condo, making it ideal for anyone who rents a car.

The busy marina with over 300 yachts and cruisers is just 100 yards walk away from the villa and is full of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. A large commercial shopping area is also within walking distance with supermarket, banks and other amenities.

The Villa boasts beautiful interiors with some wonderful original art, vaulted ceilings and fine furnishings. The ground floor has a spacious living area which opens out directly on to the golf course with spectacular sunset views. There is also a small but fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6, kitchen bar, downstairs toilette and silent mini split air conditioning.
Upstairs has two very spacious and luminous en-suite bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms have King size beds or a choice of two twin beds in one of them, plenty of closet space, bathrooms with shower, silent mini split air-con and wonderful views over the golf course. There is also an upstairs covered terrace which also enjoys spectacular views and is ideal for sipping a margarita while watching the sunset. The unique location of Villa Te Quiero, on Calle Pelicanos, ensures peace and quiet while being just steps away from everything. Pelicanos street is regarded as the most desirable real estate in Vallarta with multi million dollar neighboring homes such as Hacienda Los Santos, Casa Los Wikis and the ultra exclusive Casa Velas Hotel.

Great find!

We really enjoyed this home. It's on the golf course in a quiet, secure complex. Easy walk to the Marina and all of the shops and restaurants located there.

Magnificent!

This was our second time staying at Villa te Quiero … it’s in walking distance to the marina and a variety of dining options and with a parking spot it allowed us to rent a car to explore the other areas of PV. The owner communicates quickly and clearly and even recommended the car rental company that was a thousand times better than the usual airport rental experience. We HIGHLY recommend this villa especially for people that have had enough of the resort experience. The villa is well maintained… is cleaned weekly and she even offered to do our laundry when she noticed the full basket. Everything you need is already there. The complex is well maintained, cleaned on a daily basis, and the guards at the gate monitoring the ins and outs made us feel safe. Along with the neighbors on either side and the swimming pool we truly felt at home.

We would stay here again. Very good place. We liked the bed & pillows. Really great place! Clean and nice. Our first time using Vrbo. Overlooking the fairway & the 10th hole. Hot water at kitchen sink doesn’t stay hot for very long. Maybe more water in the pool & heated a little. Watch out for the golf balls by the pool area!! Pool needs tile maintenance. There is occasional airport noise. Only a ten minute walk to the Marina. 14 minute walk to the beach. 20 minute walk to grocery store. Used the camera / google translate app frequently but needed Wi-Fi to connect too away from our unit. Wi-Fi at our unit was great. La Comer grocery store is right next to Costco

Once they figured out who the property manager would be...we went through 3 of them...everything went smoothly. Fabiola was so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our texts. She has amazing customer service skills. Condo was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture in the living area was quite comfortable. Both of the security guards where 5 star. The gents were quite helpful and happy to give us directions. Parking was somewhat interesting. We started in the spot that coincided with our condo number, and ended up trading parking spaces 3 other times during the week we were here. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal other than the fact that the parking garage is below ground, is quite dark, and there is very little room to move a car around. I would recommend that the owner and/or property manager come up with a simple map with a list of likely places for the visitors to go. Grocery stores, restaurants, nearby beach access, etc.

Cozy and good location but no dishwasher

We stayed six weeks at this property. Here are the things you should know before renting. Pros: location in the Marina very convenient to golf, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The villas secured by guard, Xavier, who was helpful and friendly. Condo cleaned once a week. Pool lounges always available and had pool to ourselves almost entire time. Deck outside the living room looked over 10th hole with lake. . Lorena, the owner, very responsive to any need. Wi fi worked perfectly. Smart TV so only Netflix. AC worked fine. The property was very quiet and peaceful. Cons: No dishwasher. Had we noted that omission on VRBO we would not have stayed there. When you wash dishes in sink, water hot for thirty seconds and then turns tepid. To us, vacation is not for washing dishes. No oven tho Lorena then bought air fryer with Spanish buttons. Washer/dryer all one unit with Spanish buttons, but property manager showed us how to work it. If any mobility problem, inside stairs no bannister and each stair is bit higher than normal. Lighting in rooms fairly minimal though dining room brightly lit. Living room not as large as looks in photo. Water pressure is slow. Showers on the older side. Building seems to have water pipe problems on and off. We did get used to noise of planes taking off from airport. Though would not stay there again, if the Cons above no problem for you, not a bad place to rent.

Close to Everything!

Unbelievably convenient location. You can walk to endless restaurants, the Marina even the beach. Home had everything we needed. Nice neighbors gated property, parking, pool, the works.

I can not say enough nice things about the property, the location and the people we dealt with. Lorena the owner always responded immediately to our queries. Because of Covid we had to delay our trip a year and she was very accommodating and understanding with date changes and extension requests. Mayra the property manager was awesome. Very easy to get a hold of and quickly dealt with any problems we had. Eg. microwave didn’t work…new one delivered next day. WIFI quit…fixed the next day. Air conditioner leaking water…repairmen 1hr later. It was amazing. Lovely quiet neighborhood but everything within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this condo.

LOVELY SETTING

Excellent landing here at the condo at the golf course. Lots of interesting bird and wildlife options here and a terrific pool. There were just a few folks during the day as it is high season and most either live of rent long term. Generally swam alone as hardly saw a sole around the pool. Will be back and so will our friend as she was highly impressed as it has pretty well everything.

Puerto Vallarta et paradis

Vi hadde en flott og rolig jule- og nyttårsferie. Leiligheten Lå usjenert og fint til, rolig område med svært lite støy. Et fint lite bassengområde. Gåavstand til restauranter og butikker. Skulle dog ønsket oss en større veranda, med 4 stk i huset ble det litt trangt. En utegrill hadde også vært ønskelig da matlaging på kjøkkenet var noe begrenset. Et svært liten stekovn. Kokeplatene var helt ok, mikrobølgeovnen fikk vi ikke til å virke. Så vi spiste stort sett middag ute i Marina Vallarta, hvor det var mange restauranter å velge med ulikt prisnivå. Alt i alt hadde vi tre kjempefine uker i vårt paradis der jeg og min mann har feriert fire ganger tidligere. Første gang i 1997 og byen har forandret seg svært mye fra den gang. Vi kommer nok tilbake en gang. Vår vertinne var svært behjelpelig under hele oppholdet og svarte kjapt på alle spørsmål vi stilte. Tusen takk til Lorena! Alle som jobbet rundt omkring ved anlegget var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende. Det gjelder stort sett alle vi møtte i Puerto Vallarta. Skjønner godt at PV er kåret til verdens hyggeligste by!

Wonderful stay

Initially upon check-in we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo. But that was resolved. Myra, the property manager was there when we needed her help. The TV was not working and we received a new one shortly after arrival. Would suggest that a list of helpful items be left such as: a map on how to get to the ocean, it is not nearby; what items are available in the kitchen without having to go through drawers and cabinets to locate something; information about not disposing toilet paper in the toilet; information on how to get water when needed, etc. The property is lovely, very near the pool which was great. More chairs in the pool area would be appreciated. Many people claim a lounge chair then spend the day playing cards in the palapa area so no one else can sunbathe. Walking distance to the Marina and all the wonderful shops and restaurants. A short bus ride to downtown PV. All in all a good vacation. Lovely people at the condo complex. We felt very safe and secure. Would recommend staying at the condo. Our stay was scheduled to be until March 28 but because of the virus we had to leave a week early. We are hoping to recoup some of the last week's rent either through VRBO or possibly insurance.

A home away from home

Villa Te Quiero is everything you could want in a vacation rental. It is well equipped, clean and comfortably furnished. Location is perfect. We walked to the Marriott for our beach experience. 650 pesos per person for a day pass and they give you 500 pesos back in food and drink. Food is good and lots of chairs on the beach. Pool at the condo is never busy and literally steps away. Marina restaurants and shops 10 minute walk. Taxis and buses make getting around a breeze. Already booked for next year. Thank you Lorena One small suggestion for improvement would be a new water cooler.

Very Nice Condo

We just finished a one month stay in this very nice condo. Mayra was there to greet us on our arrival and was very helpful and informative regarding the condo and surrounding area. The condo was clean and received cleaning service once a week while we were there. The condo complex staff was very friendly and helpful and the security staff always called a cab for us whenever we wanted to go someplace. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location, location, Condo is one of the better locations in the complex, overall quiet, safe area

Great condo for 2 couples, morning coffee on the upstairs terrace watching the pros and the duffers parade by 60 feet away on the fairway. Well equipped with comfortable furniture for a rental. Mayra the manager went above and beyond to help us. We could walk to the market 3 blocks away but most evenings we Walked to the marina 3 blocks away to choose from over 40 restaurants. Felt safe in this more upscale but not extravagant area. Lots of fans and air flow, so never used the air conditioners. Lots of room , nice Decore but spend a few dollars on a patio upgrade on the ground level and patio furniture on both levels. The pool area is quiet , well kept and 27 steps away, We will be back next year . Loved the marina district and the condo location in it. Beautiful condo on golf course

This condo was as described. Very well kept and very clean. The cleaner comes in once a week and does a great job. Very minor problems during stay which were addressed right away. Lorena answered our emails within minutes and there is a local contact as well. The 2 burner stove is very limiting without an oven but an available bbq helps. All in all a very nice stay and would return.

We found the Villa to be clean, quiet, conveniently located, and to have comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. The caretaker, Mayra was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding the streaming services, local phone call procedures, stove operation and restaurant recommendations. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. The neighbors in the complex were friendly and helpful.

The town itself is full of world class restaurants, great shops and the wonderful Malecon, not to mention the 'out of this world' sunsets.
