North Scottsdale 4 Bdrm w/Pool and Game Room!

Newly renovated home just minutes away from Kierland Commons where you can find some of the best restaurants and shopping available. There are 4 bedrooms, one set up with 2 double sized bunk beds where the kids can have their own private sleeping space. Enjoy taking a dip in the pool or just relaxing on the patio and taking in the Arizona sunset. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed for making home cooked meals. Air Hockey table located on the main floor in the entertainment area.
Other things to note
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.


Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.

Perfect Location

Our stay at the VRBO house was fantastic. The place was very accommodating, with all the necessary dishes, pots and pans, and plenty of towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and overall, we were very happy with the property.

Great House with deferred maintenance

We enjoyed our stay at the Juniper House. It is an excellent place for families and friends. The bunk bedroom has no door, which might be an issue when traveling with small children.

Property was excellent,I was nervous because property manager had to change house due to a problem, but the replacement house was excellent, they did the right thing and came through, house was 9 miles further away from show, but that was not a problem and more than sufficed for our needs

Nice Neighborhood

Honestly, the house did not live up to the beautifully staged pictures on the web site. I provided the listing agent with many issues and maintenance concerns. Although I admit I am unfamiliar with the Scottsdale area, it's difficult for me to think this property is worth what the owner charged per night. Location was central to many activities and for my family reunion.

Good overall, did have some problems.

House was clean and beds were quite comfortable! There were electrical issues that caused heat/AC to malfunction, dryer not working, and water heater not working for part of the time. Property management wasn’t very communicative with these issues. If these issues resolve it’s a great stay! Not truly 4 bedrooms- rather 3 with a loft of bunks.

Clean and beautiful

This property looked just like pictures. Very clean, updated and the beds were so comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Phoenix area.
