Located on a slope, with a large garden with a small forest, terrace, full of greenery and at the same time very conveniently located, a house with flair and character awaits you.
This 33 building, with its modern Bauhaus style elements and wonderful oak staircase and paneling, is something special.
The kitchen-cum-living room invites you to cook, eat, relax and enjoy the view of the wide Westerwald forest, and enjoy the sunset on the spacious, covered terrace.

The rooms are heated, lovingly and completely furnished.
Two separate toilets, separated from the bathroom unit, ensure good availability of the one, toilet-free bathroom.

Dishes, cutlery, cookware complete. Dishwashers, stoves and ovens as well as a washing machine and drying rack, if required, make holiday life pleasant.

Ruhige Tage in Eudenbach
Wir hatten das Haus zu Zweit, mit zwei Hunden, für einen Besuch bei Familie und Freunden in der Region gebucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Haus hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis und hielt alles was in der Beschreibung versprochen und zu sehen war. Es war gemütlich, sich bei typisch nasskaltem Novemberwetter im Haus aufzuhalten, die Küche bietet alles was man so braucht, nur eine Knoblauchpresse (hat uns = meckern auf hohem Niveau) gefehlt. Der große Garten ist schön mit Hunden, lediglich ein Zaun an der Seite des Hauses wäre ein tolles Extra, da sie zur Vorderseite des Hauses schnell ausbüxen können. So muss man halt dabei sein und aufpassen. Zum Einkauf sind Buchholz mit einem Rewe incl. Bäcker und Oberpleis mit Edeka, Aldi etc. schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben die Ruhe und den schönen Ausblick in alle Richtungen genossen.

Tolles verlängertes Wochenende
Bei bestem Wetter die wunderschöne Landschaft genossen und uns in dem, dank Rollos, immer kühlen Haus abkühlen können. 20 Minuten Anfahrt mit dem Auto zum P+R in Hennef im Siegbogen und danach 30 Minuten bis Köln, war die entspannteste Anreise zur GamesCom die man haben kann. Das Haus ist vollständig für den täglichen Gebrauch geeignet und Anreise sowie Abreise wurde von zwei hilfreichen Damen geregelt. Wenn alles klappt kommen wir vgerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis
Die Unterkunft wurde als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen im Siebengebirge genutzt. Sie ist absolut sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Bilder im Internet spiegeln absolut nicht das Gesamtbild dieser Unterkunft wieder und sollten dringendst ausgetauscht werden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Minimalistischer Charme
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus in Eudenbach sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Zwecke war die Unterkunft ideal, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und die hellen, großen Räume genossen. Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet und der Blick über Terrasse und Garten ins Grüne lässt absolute Wohlfühlstimmung aufkommen. Sollten wir wieder einmal in der Gegend sein, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten raus, sodass man den Straßenlärm nicht hört. Terrasse ist auch groß und wenn man mit Hunden anreist, haben die Vierbeiner auch ein wenig Auslauf im Garten. Hier und da könnte man die Ferienwohnung modernisieren. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer könnte man evtl auch erneuern. Das sind Kleinigkeiten, die jedoch nicht groß auf die Goldwaage gelegt werden sollte. Wir waren viel unterwegs und nur zum schlafen und fürs Frühstück in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit reibungslos und freundlich. Wir würden hier sofort noch mal her kommen.

Das Haus ist genau wie in Inserat beschrieben, Gemütlich für groß und klein gut eingerichtet. Trotz schlechtes Wetter haben wir einen guten Urlaub gehabt.

sehr schöner Urlaubs Kurztripp
es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit hervorragender Ausstattung, Räumlichkeiten und Einrichtung. Eine super Lage in schöner, angenehmer Umgebung unweit der A3, dadurch ist alles gut erreichbar. Check-In und -Out unkompliziert. Empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung ist super. In dem Ort gibt es leider wenig. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einige Wandertouren zu starten.

Aangenaam verblijf
We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad en we zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door de persoon ter plaatse. Het huis is netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien en goed gelegen. Er zijn al op korte afstand genoeg mogelijkheden om fijne wandelingen te maken. De supermarkt is met de auto ook goed te bereiken. Een klein minpuntje is misschien wel dat het huis aan een drukke weg staat. Ook voor mensen met een hond is het wel opletten geblazen want de hond kan makkelijk van de achtertuin naar de voortuin lopen en zo de weg op. Wij hebben een oude hond en ze luisterde goed, maar in haar jonge jaren had dit misschien wel lastiger geweest. Verder is er genoeg privacy in de tuin en in de veranda is het ook prettig vertoeven. De WiFi was ook snel genoeg. Wij vonden het een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en ondanks het weer hebben we het toch fijn gehad!

Nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine de vacances dans un logement vaste et soigné.L'environnement autour du logement est trés calme et agréable pour faire de belles balades dans un parc naturel avec également la possibilité de visiter de grandes villes comme Bonn et Cologne. Tres bon sejour dans cette région d'Allemagne
