Not as expected!

The property has a lot of potential as it is located in a beautiful site, however, there are several outdated things that should be fixed/replaced. The place was not very clean at all, it was dusty with dirty floors. The hot tub was working as expected except that it looks like the water had not been treated with the necessary chemicals and it had a foul smell (standing water). Outdated kitchen cabinets, old sofas, and bathrooms in desperate need of updates made us almost leave the place. However, we were there for a couple of night just to sleep as we visited Lassen volcanic area and Burney Falls, so we didn't report it to the renter. Overall, definitely not satisfied with the property and will probably look elsewhere to rent next time.

Perfect for Outdoor Experience

If you’re looking for a high class interior, don’t come here. It’s really all about the great outdoors. The hot tub and exterior of the house is wonderful. Very kind people here, very quiet. It’s just that the farmhouse looks better in the photos than it actually is. It’s totally functional though and was perfect for our needs.
