This property has been kept in mint condition. It has a beautiful back porch facing the south. This gives enjoyment for warmer winter and cooler summer lounging. It is fully furnished and ready for snowbirds. Being turnkey means that all the tenant has to do is enjoy the sun and numerous luxurious amenities. Rec Centers and golf courses are available with guest pass fees.
