The house is surrounded by a large outdoor area, here you will find an equipped gazebo, ideal for outdoor dining and as a cool retreat on hot summer days. It is a perfect place for those who want to spend their vacation days completely on the beach. Just 2 km away are the beautiful sandy beaches of Follonica with well-equipped lidos, ideal also for families with small children. But also those who do not want to miss out on an eventful nightlife will get their money's worth here. Nightclubs, bars and restaurants await you here. On the waterfront promenade you can take long walks. In the immediate vicinity and in any case not to be missed are the seaside resorts of Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia and Rocchette.
