This house is newly renovated and decorated. It is situated on the main road but once inside it feels secluded with minimal outside noise. There are 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests (infants from 10 months old are counted as a guest) and 1 bathroom which is located on the ground floor. It’s a perfect location for small families, couples, business trips, hikers and bikers. It includes: A fully equipped kitchen Tea and coffee Laundry facilities/iron Hairdryer/straighteners Towels/toiletries Smart tv with Netflix Master Bedroom tv Free on street parking Travel cot/high chair (on request) No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the property as my daughter cleans the property and she has a severe allergy to animal hair and dander and so it poses a severe health hazard to her. She has been in hospital twice with pet allergies. Therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. If an animal is brought on to the property you will not be permitted to check in . In addition, your reservation will be cancelled. The garden is not to be used as it is under construction. No bikes to be brought inside the property. No charging of electric cars from property electric.

The house has many elements of comfort and convienience including master bedroom tv with Netflix, bedside usb charger points (usb c ready). We have invested in premium quality bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. Tea and coffee facilities are provided along with hot chocolate and a selection of other teas. There is a desk for those that are working and a section of board games for those that aren’t.

The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the local shop/post office. The local takeaway is a 1 minute walk. Asda/KFC is approx 1 mile. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk.
