About this property

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area where a kitchen and a bathroom. The facility is located in a cul de sac. The supermarket is within walking distance in 5 minutes. There you can buy fresh bread in the morning or baguettes. The house met all our expectations. The house was very clean is functional and has a nice outdoor area incl. Pool access. It was yet everything needed for a great holiday. Empuriabrava liked it very much, especially the extensive leisure facilities. We really had to come back a wonderful holiday and will!

Lástima que estaba muy sucio

Apartamento con buena ubicación, muy bien equipado y con plaza de parking enfrente de la puerta. Es una planta baja con una buena terraza con acceso directo a la piscina compartida. Es una zona tranquila un poco lejos de la playa pero cogíamos el coche y se podía aparcar sin problemas. Lo único negativo es que pagué 60€ para la limpieza y lo encontré muy sucio, los desagües atascados que tuve que limpiar para poder ducharnos, la botonera de la campana estaba tan grasienta que ni funcionaba y decidí no usarla y comer fuera. Avisé al propietario y espero que lo solucione aunque ni se disculpó.

Paradiesurlaub zwischen Katalonien und Frankreich

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Direkte Anbindung zur Marina mit zugehörigem Pool. In naher Umgebung die wundervolle Stadt Barcelona und die französichen Küste um Argelès-sur-Mer an der Côte Vermeille. Nicht zuletzt zu vergessen der Strand in Empuribrava. Wir haben und wohl gefühlt und fahren bestimmt wieder in die Wohnung und die Region.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt

Sehr netter Vermieter!!! Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort klappte ohne Probleme. Die saubere Wohnung ist für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet und mit allem Nötigem (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, Radio, Klimaanlage, W-Lan usw....) ausgestattet. Die Terasse lädt zum Grillen ein. Man kann morgens schon in der Sonne frühstücken :-) Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, der Rasen wurde regelmäßig gemäht und der Pool gereinigt. Der Pool ist super toll, die Kinder liebten es, nach dem Strandtag noch die Zeit darin zu planschen. Die Nachbarn sind überwiegend Franzosen, aber diese waren super nett. Wir konnten direkt vor der Türe parken. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss einer Wohnanlage, in einer Sackgasse. Hinter der Anlage ist direkt ein Kanal, auf dem man auch mit einem gemieteten Boot fahren könnte. Bis zum Strand ist es schon etwas weiter, wir sind mit dem ganzen Badezeug mit dem Auto dorthin. Es gibt einen sauberen Hauptstrand an dem man fürs Parken ein paar Euro zahlen muss (zahlen muss man von 10-14 und von 16-20 Uhr), oder einen sauberen öffentlichen (Rubin Strand) da ist das Parken kostenlos. Bis zum Lidl läuft man ca. 5 Minuten. Metzger und verschiedene Restaurants erreicht man nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch. An der Strandpromenade gibt es tolle Geschäfte zum Bummeln. Auch die Märkte in den umliegenden Orten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Kurzum ein super toller Urlaub! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Urlaub am Strand oder Pool in Empuriabrava.

Schönwettergarantie. Saubere Wohnung mit Küche. Sauber großer Pool im Vorgarten. Terrasse zum Grillen. Strand und Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Supermarkt geht es in 5 Minuten. Ich habe den Urlaub sehr genossen und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Alles bestens nur zu empfehlen

Die Lage (Supermärkte in der Nähe, Metzger mit super Fleisch ca. 150 Meter entfernt), die Terasse, der Garten und die Poolanlage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Eigener Parkplatz vorm Haus. Gut der Weg zum Strand ist dafür etwas weiter. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie machen.

Super Unterkunft in Top Lage

Ein toller Familienurlaub. Der Strand ist nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt. Aber der Gemeinschaftspool ist auch super, wenn man mal abends entspannen möchte. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibungslos und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.
