Welcome to our Nixenhusappartement! This lovingly and modern furnished holiday apartment (65 square meters, 4 guests) is located in a semi-detached house with separate entrance. An extra bed for a fifth person can be provided. The ground floor has a living and dining area with modern fitted kitchen, a dining table with chairs and a sofa, modern flat-screen TV and radio. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge. From the living area leads out to the terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and in the community garden. The two upstairs bedrooms have comfortable double beds with bedside tables and reading lamps. The beautiful bathroom has a window, shower, toilet and a washstand. A cot and high chair are available for on request. On arrival the beds are of course already covered with linen. The peninsula is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen. The apartment complex consists of 3 separate built in reprimand typical style terraced houses 3 bedrooms, 6 guests, for a total of 7 modern holiday apartments (max.. T. with fireplace). Each unit has a private terrace and a separate apartment entrance. The apartments offer excellent living comfort both in summer and in winter. Additional parking located nearby. The bus stop for public transport is about 200 meters away.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
