This 2745 sq ft spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath Cap Cod style home is located on the Bike and Golf Cart route, ideal for kids. Just two blocks to the beach, and less the 5min to the grocery (IGA) 10-30 min. walk to restaurants, pier, the lighthouse and shopping. I look to forward to hosting you here on beautiful Tybee Island.
The space
Unique 3 bedroom 3 bath raised Cottage Home on a desired low traffic street on the Bike Route. Two blocks to the beach. The kitchen has Granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and gas range, rare on Tybee. Bathrooms have sandstone countertops and tile floors. Hardwood floors throughout with classic bead board on the walls for that cottage feel. Two fireplaces with all the amenities of home.

Kitchen, dinning room, living room, internet, cable TV, front and back porch, all the bedrooms and driveway.
Other things to note
Guests MUST be able to climb stairs. The entrance to the home is on the second floor. (The ground floor is the garage and storage room.) The owners suite is on the 3rd floor. There is NOT an elevator.
