We enjoyed the property and our experience. Overall we did feel the price was high considering that it wasn't lakefront property. The property was said to be lake and river side. We misunderstood that to mean lakefront.
The house is very well appointed, much time was put into the decore and renovation.
Very comfortable, beautiful kitchen and main bath. The patio was very nice as well. Stephanie was always quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating. She truly went above and beyone, even letting me know that there was some utility work during our stay.
I highly recommend this vrbo if you're in the riverdale area.
We had a great stay at the Fisherman's Haven. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). There was plenty of room to park both boats inside the garage and room for all of our gear. The yard was spacious enough for the boys to play a game of football. Will plan to book again for out next trip up there.
There were 5 female adults staying at the house. The layout of the house is great. The 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each gave us ample sleeping space. The kitchen was well supplied and included a keurig coffee pot with coffee. The 2nd bathroom was finished but was downstairs in an unfinished basement. The neighborhood was quiet in this quaint little town.
The house is clean, up to date and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our trip. It’s a little on the expensive side compared to some of the other properties in the area but it also seems to be the most updated. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
