This elegantly designed Boho Chic rental comes with amenities such as self-check-in, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, and many other streaming options if you're looking to relax indoors, and a private laptop-friendly office with Wi-Fi if you need to get work done. Enjoy free coffee and tea in the stocked kitchen, with everything you need to feel like you are at home.

Guests have access to the entire apartment including the front porch and back deck. Guests can self-check-in using their given code on the touchscreen keypad door lock.

Please note that we have very friendly tenants next door. While the place is very well insulated, you may hear them from time to time, and vice versa. Please respect a courtesy quiet hour after 9:00 pm for our neighbors.

Albany weekend stay

Large enough for a family to spread out or 2-3 couples. Adequate kitchen with a large table for dining. Comfortable living room. Close to Saint Peter's hospital and SUNY Albany. One note the staircase is steep and slippery, for those with younger children. Comfortable living area.Close to Saint Peter's hospital.

Weekend Getaway

The house has a nice layout allowing for older individuals to stay in the downstairs bedroom. Which was good because the stairs are steep. The house is located in a safer part of Albany not far from a hospital and only a short drive to malls or the MPV Arena. Checking in was smooth and there were waters and snacks waiting for us. Overall I would highly recommend this house if you have a group visiting Albany.

Stay for Wrestling States

We stayed here for 3 nights while our son wrestled at the State Tournament. We had a big group of people coming up so a hotel was out of the question. This apartment was the perfect size for us. We were able to have dinners here and that saved a lot of money. Very comfortable beds and overall really nice place. The only thing to be aware of is that the water gets VERY hot-which is not a problem, but good to be aware of so you can temper it.

Place to crash

Overall this was a comfortable place to lay our heads in transit. The place was beautiful, our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the place. And the owner/caretaker… was very patient and accommodating to our very late arrival one evening and very early leaving one morning. Would do this again.

The home is beautiful! Private, clean and tastefully decorated. Exactly what we needed for our visit to the area for a professional conference. Centrally located, everything nearby…we can’t recommend it highly enough!

Family friendly and overall great stay

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a very convenient location for our needs. The stairs might be a concern if staying with a baby/crawler but otherwise family friendly. The house was clean and well stocked. The office space was helpful, as well as the large kitchen table.

Perfect place for my family.

It's sometimes hard to find good property managers and home owners. These two were wonderful. We had a little hiccup and it was taken care of right away. We recommend this place, owner and property manager.

Wonderful stay for our group of 5!

Great location, beautiful house, very comfortable beds, was perfect for our group of 5 - 1 couple and 3 single friends. We were in Albany for a 3 day convention at the MVP Arena and it was the perfect location. Everyone had their own bedroom and privacy, and the common areas are so roomy it never felt claustrophobic. We all felt at home and relaxed immediately. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Albany area we would all highly recommend it!

Comfy house

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless, beds comfortable, very cozy house. We didn’t spend a-lot of time at the house as we were there for a family Thanksgiving get together but the time we did spend there was very enjoyable. The place is well stock with lots of extras not usually found in other locations. Would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Clean and convenient

Clean property, if a bit worn around the edges. There were some nice touches, like water and chips displayed when we arrived. There was a full coffee bar, with k-cups and creamer, which was very appreciated. The floors are creaky, which made it a little challenging when trying not to wake the kids in the morning. All in all, a nice stay. We were only here a night, but enjoyed it. Communication with the property manager was great.

Lots of Space in Albany

7 adults needed a place to stay after a night out in Albany. This place was capable of sleeping 8. Only negatuve was the only coffee maker was a Keurig and all the pods were decaf.
