We came to Brockport to visit family. The house location was perfect for us. Communication with the host was fast and very accommodating. Plenty of space to move around while traveling with an infant. House was very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Nice house close to all the small towns in the area
The house was very clean. I don't think it would support a party of six. The kitchen has no counter space and is not really equipped with what it would need for that group size. I would recommend adding a moveable island and more dishes and sharper knifes. Would be an easy fix. The location was good in that we where doing things in all the small towns in the area. The only draw back was the house is set back on a 2 lane highway. Lots of road noise all day and into the evening. I am sure that was on the description I just missed it. I did enjoy our stay so with only a few recommendations for future guests they also will enjoy the stay (note we were in the house for 17 days)
Everything was perfect! The host was very kind check in was easy and the simplicity of the house was relieving. It had anything you needed on hand and it was a very quiet and peaceful place to enjoy. The host made sure that we had air conditioning in the rooms that we would be staying due to the heat wave and made sure that we were comfortable. It was a delightful experience!
We were very happy with this rental. It was spacious and very clean! Great communication and it was a pleasure to meet the owners. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
We stayed here for my son's graduation from RIT and it was clean as a whistle and spacious. The host lives on the other side of the house and they were welcoming but did not hover. The beds were quite comfortable and there was a nice kitchen with a Keurig and plenty of items for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this place for safety and cleanliness.
Water was hot. Beds were comfortable. What more could you ask for? Location was great. Close to Rochester but far enough to not be in the city. Rebecca was great. She introduced herself while she was making dinner. Super nice. Super helpful. We chose their house due to proximity of Rochester airport and not a horrible drive to Niagara Falls. Close to Lake Ontario if you're looking to do some extra sightseeing. We spent the majority of our 2 days out and about so I honestly can't think of a negative to say. Not sure if we'll make our way back to upstate New York but if we do we'll definitely see if they're available.
I loved the trip our stay was terrific. The house was in a great good location, and very clean. The owner supplied everything we needed. We will be looking to stay again the next time we are up in NY.
If you are looking for a great place this is it.

The property was close to our activities which was very convenient. Very neat and comfortable. This was my first BNB experience so felt a little uncertain how I actually checked in and out, was I supposed to "notify" someone.
Very positive experience overall.
Thank you
A group of five of us were in town for a long weekend off fishing. The house was just as advertised; everything was neat and clean. We would definitely stay again.
We have been coming up to the Brockport area for years for family reunions and were tired of staying in hotel rooms. We wanted to stay somewhere with more space so we could spread around and not be on top of each other. Staying here gave us exactly what we were looking for, a clean place where we could relax comfortably and at an affordable price. Rebecca was also very responsive to my messages responding quickly each time. We will be looking into staying here again whenever we be staying in the area.
What a great place. VERY clean, a ton of room, and great location. Came in for our nephew's graduation party. Renters were super nice and responded to all our questions swiftly when we had any. Will totally rent again next time we come up for a visit.
This VRBO was very nice with bathrooms on both floors! Only thing I would change is the stairs! Some in then another step in which I almost tripped right in!! My mom doesn't do well on stairs so she slept downstairs which was convenient but seemed to be no AC downstairs.
Spent the weekend visiting our SUNY Brockport athlete (Go Golden Eagles!). Location of this duplex was awesome, 5 min from Main St. This property was clean and comfy and well stocked with amenities, good parking and quiet neighborhood. Owner was very communicative. We will be back!
