Whether you imagine peace and quiet from everyday life or whether you are looking for an active holiday: at the Museumstrasse 18a in Davos Dorf you will find exactly what you are looking for for yourself and your loved ones.

The apartment is located in the best location of Davos "on the Buenda" or in the Bünda area. From the apartment you not only have a beautiful view to the south-east on the (ski) slope Bünda or to the Jakobshorn, but you will also enjoy the very quiet location, completely surrounded by greenery and far away from any road and rail traffic Etc. Although the apartment is located a bit more on the eastern outskirts of Davos, you can walk from there in no time at Davos-Dorf station or in the center of Davos-Dorf (about 8 minutes on foot) or - if you prefer walking in the countryside want to go - in about 15 minutes on Lake Davos. The Parsenn train is also only about 10 minutes on foot.

Whether spring, summer, fall or of course in winter: you will feel - especially if you want to move a lot - in all seasons in this apartment. You can easily reach all major Davos landscape or other attractions "star-shaped": it is for example the Lake Davos in the north (in the summer, of course, with a beach and water park, etc.) or in the south of the golf course and / or the Jakobshorn.. In the west is z. B. the Adventure Park only 800m away. Or you start from the front door directly into an attractive hiking area in the direction of one of the Davos-Dorf outgoing valleys (eg into the Dischma valley). In winter, one of the numerous, magnificent Davos trails lead right past the house so that it exceptionally easy "on and off" can. Ideal for cross-country skiers.
Or you go east, where in about 650m the village center or the Parsennberg cable cars, which you can reach the shortest over the Bündaparkplatz, are. A little further in the center, in the direction of Davos Platz you will find the ice sports center near which also the indoor and spa bath is located. Of course you can easily reach all destinations by bus, which is not far from the front door z. B. in the Fluelastrasse, about 4 min.) Away, reach. The apartment is located in a very modern residential complex, which was built around the year 2000. Although the exterior of the apartment reflects the modern architecture of Davos, it was possible to build a bridge in the interior of the apartment between modern equipment and a special Graubünden furnishing flair. Of course, the many technical features in the apartment such as the full kitchen with dishwasher, with stylish Maestro Nespresso coffee machine etc. as well as the "state-of-the-art" electronic equipment of the apartment with flat screen TV, high speed internet and wi-fi, another flat screen TV (in one of the bedrooms), SONOS hi-fi (in each room) and much more (as good as) no wish unfulfilled. In addition, you will find a washing machine and a dryer directly in the next room to the apartment.

The apartment is not only fully equipped but also - not least because of the beautiful fireplace in the living room - "ur-cozy". It also offers plenty of space through a conservatory (whose windows can be fully opened) and a large balcony.
So you can almost "from home" - without having to be active - "just" just relax and breathe fresh mountain air.

In summary, the apartment contains for you as a holiday guests all modern amenities, just as you are used to from home. So you do not have to do without anything during your vacation, you will feel well all around and you will definitely have a great rest!

Tolle ruhige Wohnung
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Piste. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles ,was man braucht. Alles war super sauber. Der Kontakt zu den netten und fürsorglichen Gastgebern hat prima geklappt.Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung an wunderbarer Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, von guter Qualität und in gutem Zustand.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und für Familien mit Kindern ideal zum Skifahren.Die Buchung, der Check-in und Check-out haben sehr gut funktioniert.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und es wurde immer rasch geantwortet.Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Rundum Zufrieden
Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.). Schöner Balkon und Wintergarten. Die Tiefgarage ist auch sehr angenehm. Auch die Lage ist Top.

Wunderschöner Urlaub - entspannt auf die Piste
Die Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch. Alles war so sauber , nichts - gar nichts - hat gefehlt und auch die Lage ist unglaublich. Mit Blick auf die Bünda konnten wir das Fis-Rennen von Balkon und Wintergarten aus hautnah erleben. In die Langlaufloipe und die Skischule fällt man vom Haus direkt hinein und der Lift auf den Parsenn sowie auch die Bahnhofsstation Dorf sind zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer freundlich , hilfsbereit, kundenorientiert. Mehr gibt’s nicht zu sagen… und nicht zu wünschen
