The holiday village of San Pietro in Bevagna is located on the heel of the boot, in a beautiful area surrounded by two seas. It offers the peace and hospitality of the south but is also a starting point that offers the tourist excellent opportunities to get to know the extremely interesting coast, the cuisine, the history, the interior and last but not least the people of Salento.
San Pietro in Bevagna is a long sandy beach surrounded by dunes and typical Mediterranean vegetation. Some sections of the beach are equipped with sun loungers and parasols and a bar, while other sections are completely left to nature. The beaches are mostly gently sloping and particularly suitable for families with children. There are miles of beaches, but also small bays and dunes.
Casa Sole is located near the Torre Boracco and has three airy bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen with a large fridge, stove and oven and two bathrooms with bidet and shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living area with covered veranda is 180 m2. Outside there is a brick grill and an outdoor shower. The completely fenced garden offers plenty of safe space for children's games.

Perfekte Unterkunft
Die ruhig gelegene Villa, die wir für drei Wochen im September bewohnen durften, ist die perfekte Unterkunft für einen strandnahen Apulien Aufenthalt! Eine wundervolle Terasse, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit modernem Fernseher, performantem WLAN, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei schönen Bädern und insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer - was will man mehr? Der Strand ist quasi um die Ecke, zwei Supermärkte in 15 min (mit dem Auto) zu erreichen, gute Restaurants in Manduria, für Leib und Seele ist gesorgt. Wer nicht die Tage am Meer verbringen will, kann nach Lecce, Gallipolli, Alberobello, Ostuni oder Brindisi fahren (alles max. 1,5 Std. Fahrt) (Tarent kann man getrost auslassen ;-) ). Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und Linda ist eine tolle, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Also: uneingeschränkte Emfpehlung!

Urlaub bei Freunden im traditionellen Apulien
Unser Urlaub war vom Start weg sehr schön. Das Haus ist toll, klasse ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Linda & Samy waren tolle Gastgeber. Hatten immer Tipps für Ausflüge, lecker Essen. Die Strände mit dem klaren Wasser sind leicht zu erreichen und waren nie überlaufen. Unsere Zeit war toll wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück am Ende eines Weges mit drei Häusern. Das Haus hat eine schöne große Terasse hinter dem Haus, auf der man in Ruhe verweilen und Sonnenbaden kann. Hieran schließt sich ein Außenbereich mit einem großen Feigenbaum an, der im August tolle Früchte für alle liefert. Im direkten Nachbarhaus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, die auch mal auf einen Plausch vorbeischauen und sich nach dem Wohlbefinden erkundigen oder ein paar Feigen vorbeibringen. Das Haus hat eine gute Größe und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind recht neu, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer sind funktional eingerichtet. Alle Wohnräume haben Klimaanlagen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles Hervorragend 😁
Wir können es nur bestens empfehlen. Man hat richtig schön viel Platz das Auto steht sicher und um die Kinder muss man sich keine Sorgen machen die können sich da schön austoben. Egal was war uns wurde sofort geholfen die Lager ist richtig super der Strand ist nicht überfüllt man hat da tatsächlich noch seine ruhe. Wasser Qualität richtig sauber man brauche nicht in die Karibik fahren wir haben sie vor der Haustür.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, immer gut gelaunt, sehr hilfsbereit….. Wir hatten gute Tips für Ausflugsziele erhalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer…. Badetücher, Waschmaschine, Stabmixer….. es fehlt einfach gar nix. Gerne wieder einmal 😃

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wir verbrachten als Familie sehr schöne zwei Wochen in dem geräumigen Haus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und hat eine sehr gute Gesamtausstattung! Dank der Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer konnten wir die sehr heißen Temperaturen in diesem Sommer sehr gut aushalten. Die beiden Bäder waren in einem exzellenten Zustand. Eine herrlich große und ruhig gelegene Terrasse ohne jegliche Einsicht von außen und tolle Außendusche! Man kann mit dem Auto direkt vor dem Haus parken. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche, deutschsprechende Vermieter. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Relax a San Pietro in Bevagna
L'appartamento è spazioso e ideale per 6 persone. Ha un'ampia area esterna ed è situato in una zona veramente molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Elemento top: la doccia esterna con vista sulla campagna. Essendo una zona periferica è necessaria l'auto per ogni spostamento, anche per il mare perché la strada che lo collega non ha un marciapiede ed è piuttosto pericoloso percorrerla. Lo consiglio per comitive di amici che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza rilassante!!

Sehr schönes Haus, super angenehme Vermieterin
Wir waren vom 18.02.-25.02.2020 in der Gegend und haben uns auch dieses Mal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum letzten Tag war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin locker, warmherzig, freundschaftlich und wir konnten uns zu jeder Zeit bei Fragen an sie wenden. Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand vorgefunden, das Anwesen ist wunderschön angelegt, die Küche bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können dieses Feriendomizil unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Wir sind in den Genuss eines ganz besonderen Service gekommen: Da unser Flug eine späte Ankunft hatte, hat die Vermieterin uns angeboten, den ersten Einkauf zu tätigen, so dass wir für den Abend bereits gut ausgestattet waren. War ein super Weihnachtsurlaub
Wir haben das Haus sehr kurzfristig gefunden und alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns bei allen Anliegen unterstützt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und Internet geht in allen Zimmern. Das haus liegt ca. 1 km vom Strand etwas abseits des Ortes San Pietro, wer also Ruhe mag ist hier absolut richtig. Innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden erreicht man von hier mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Matera, Ostuna, Alberobello oder Lecce. Vom Flughafen Bari sind es genau 2 Stunden Fahrt. Der nächstgelegene größere Ort Manduria ist ca. 10 km entfernt mit mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem Bahnhof.

Uitstekend
Prima woning op aantrekkelijke terrein. Buitengewoon aardige eigenaren die snel bijvoorbeeld direct een waterkoker die stuk ging, vervingen. Huis is een prima uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes naar bijvoorbeeld Lecce, Alberobello, Matera e.d. San Pietro en Maruggio begonnen (begin juni) tot leven te komen.

Quiet place to relax, close to the beach
We had a fabulous time at the house. The house offers everything needed in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. We were 2 families with 1 small kid and 2 babies. (The owner bought a second baby cot for us, which was really nice). In general the communication with owner was great. We got a lot of information up front and got restaurants hints and a recommendation for a winery. It felt like visiting old friends. We can only recommend the place. Thanks a lot Linda and Samy.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Vermieterin
Ein grosses, schönes, sauberes und funktionierendes Haus, ideal für eine Familie. Schöne Zimmer und grosse Terrasse mit Hängematte! Die Lage ist ruhig. Zum Meer braucht man zwar ein Auto, was aber kein Problem ist, da man in max. 5 Minuten den nächsten Strand erreicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor Ankunft schickte sie uns bereits Informationen zur Umgebung (z.B. zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.) Küchengeräte, Bäder und Entertainment sind in bester Kondition und das WiFi von sehr guter Leistung. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Dieses Haus werde ich weiterempfehlen.
